@imhereformei To improve your ratio, most ANY type of torrent is good to download and seed.-- as long as it is FREELEECH and a very, very new addition to the list.
Good luck!

@eobox91103 Agreed. I've heard that most everything on, say, sneakypeek, is staged -- although I haven't noted many of the guys transitioning to the established, semi-amateur porn sites.
Is doing "sneaky-only" a subculture of its own?
For me -- and it's likely on one of the long lists above -- nothing surpasses the voyeur hotness of those college wrestling videos from the late 1990s...

I think there are 3 or 4 long videos from the studio (Franco) in that era, and I feel like they must be authentic -- so many guys, and the realness of the venue. What apparent bravery to make those naked weigh-in and shower room scenes -- using the larger cameras of the past!
Quite a good quality for the era, too. I think the B&W -- whether converted or not -- is actually a plus, compared to the over-saturated color from film of that time.
And hey there, followers.
lolo and top, sorry to hear about your experiences, and it sounds like only the tip of the iceberg..
I spent a brief time searching for OF and JFF review sites, and to begin, most of them focused on heterosexual performers. There are some gay review sites. Unfortunately, both sides of that fence have many promotional sites disguised as impartial review sites.
On the sites that offered seemingly real reviews, the same complaints resurfaced again and again. Insufficient material, lack of updates, ultra-short videos, most longer film clips or live shows offered as add-on pay-per-views.
As well, photos often mirrored those already found in Instagram accounts, complaints about insufficient nudity -- covered or censored images, photos taken with other models solely for cross-advertising, other ads interrupting "the feed," unwanted tons of direct messaging (ads), spam assaults on your inbox -- the list goes on.
Of course, there are adult performers who provide value for your subscription, but seems that rip-offs are in the majority. If I were really a follower, I can only think to do a direct search of his name and site -- "JohnStud OnlyFans reviews" -- to get a cross-section of comments from multiple sources.
Sorry you were burned -- good luck to anyone still on the hunt...!
@lololulu19 Thanks for responding.
Yes, while adoption carries significant costs, surrogacy is generally a far more expensive proposition -- medical and legal bills can be staggering. And yet, more aspiring couples of relative affluence (both straight and gay) are now willing to absorb these costs.
Also, it's not uncommon for one gay and one lesbian couple to arrange a mutual surrogacy, thus lowering costs with the hoped-for result of two children, one for each side. Sometimes these four parents morph into an extended family for the long term.
Social norms and parenting options are changing quickly, and I can understand being surprised at first. None of the options above has ever held a shred of appeal to me, but I try to stay open-minded toward those for whom it is an important life goal.
To another point, you'll be seeing that new gay family out on regular strolls. It's an option, if you're inclined, to treat them as new, friendly acquaintances and give them a sense of "place." This can happen, whether or not your neighborhood is conservative.
@raphjd I am hoping for a thoughtful and complete response -- not the cherry-picking of a single point -- from the poster I addressed.
@lololulu19 As you had never seen these neighbors before, how are you sure that their child (or chidren, per the baby carriage) was/were adopted? The men could have conceived their child(ren) via surrogacy.
Do you live in a deeply conservative area, or have conservative views toward gay parenthood?
I ask because I find it interesting that you use "exclamation marks of astonishment" to note in 2021 that a child has two fathers -- with full beards, no less! -- and that they would (brazenly!) hold hands in public, which they have every right to do.
@lololulu19 There's only so much explanatory text one can put on a road sign before the type size becomes too small to be impactful.
In choosing their message, the creators likely went on the assumption that people (since childhood) understand shaded ground -- asphalt or otherwise -- is cooler; and that the sign numbers reflect a "warm-weather, sunny day, exposed asphalt" location.
As well, air temperature IS a critical factor. All other conditions being equal, find some exposed asphalt and stand barefoot on a sunny day when the thermometer is at 70 degrees, and later that week again, when a heat wave sends the air temperature to 95 degrees. Quite the difference.
@raphjd I've never seen that type of sign before, but being a cat person, I don't get to the dog parks or other popular pooch destinations. The numbers are alarming!
It would be great if animal welfare groups -- be it ASPCA, PETA, Humane Societies, whatever -- would lobby cities and counties to require these signs at dog-friendly recreation areas.
Perhaps they could aim for state legislatures and the governors' desks -- unless we'd be taking away citizens' god-given rights to burn their pets' paws, of course.
Q: How many men escaped the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah?
A: Certainly, a Lot.
@eobox91103 Occasionally my brain is incapacitated, and at this moment I'm whiffing on the method to engage you via sending on Messages. Could you send a "test" over, as I know it will allow for a reply.
And as a very brief and tangential return to topic, there's a unique Lutheran church in Midtown NYC you must see on you next visit. The church owned the mega-desirable plot of land, and sold it to Citibank for a gleaming tower, with the stipulation it could construct a church in the basement. The architects did a great job with skylights that allow you to peer down or up, as the case might be.
Though we probably reeked of "visitor," the congregation was not welcoming or friendly at my one and only service there, requested by my mom on her visit to NYC for a second opinion on her terminal illness -- small, very dark lol.
@eobox91103 Well, your Lutheran tidbits got me motivated to see where the Evangelical branch of the Lutheran church (and their trans bishop) stood on issues compared to the Missouri Synod.
Despite the initial scariness of the word evangelical, this group deserves kudos for the progressive position they have staked out:
https://theydiffer.com/difference-between-missouri-synod-and-elca/
The comparison chart of Missouri turned my tummy -- they are practically in line with the fundies in Baptist and similar retrograde orbits.
Is your pastor friend hot and available? Not that -- as an atheist -- I have a clergy thing, of course.
@eobox91103 Oh, but let's digress a little more, Brother!
I have quietly noted (with agreement) your remarks about the connection between the Forum redesign and the drying up of nearly all Boards. The only ones that have actually thrived are the "Who Is This" type of endless porn Requests, and P&D.
I'm afraid enough time has passed to consider this the "new normal." So I have very little left to contribute -- I'm not going to take the time to develop longer, thoughtful replies for boards where it might garner 20 views in a week.
Unless some of the "visibility ideas" you proposed are implemented, these boards are well into a death spiral, I fear. And the topics that will remain active are those supporting the porn torrents. It was nice while it lasted.
To return to something of a religious nature, I have many Episcopal friends here in NYC and they are indeed proud of the inclusivity.
On the contrary, my family belonged to the Lutheran Church (in America's) Missouri Synod -- the most conservative, you will not see trans bishops or pastors at the pulpit anytime soon!
I was raised Lutheran, so why not make note of this event:
https://www.cnn.com/2021/05/12/us/first-transgender-lutheran-bishop-megan-rohrer-trnd/index.html
Curious if any Lutherans (born or current) are reading this Religion & Philosophy board?
Traffic here v-e-r-y s-l-o-w since the redesign, I'm afraid.
Not biting.
Members who only give each other points in this game, which is child's play, and also undermines the tradition of giving points for replies of substance -- not whether they prefer pink or purple,
or....
Members who have enough self-esteem to not pad their numbers in this manner?
