I found that portforwarding helped.
In your bittorrent client, uncheck the randomize each time and copy and paste it into your router config page
This website will teach you how to do it provided you know your router manufacturer

Just remember to keep them in your bit torrent client to get upload credit and bonus points. You can also get 2 bonus points for voting for a category for movies you have already downloaded. You can also get points for adding photos to torrents already uploaded and even posting in threads and making new topics in the forum.

I believe there is some bodybuilder/muscle type videos in the freeleech at the moment as well. Freeleech means that you can get the files without the tracker counting it into your downloads which makes building your ratio easier.
