My last reply got lost but you reminded me about that. I'd just discovered it when it disappeared.

I may have missed a link somewhere but the only way I can find of adding anyone to my user list is to click on their user name in a Forum post and clicking on 'Add to friends' at the top of their profile….

BUT many people (and all staff) have private security profiles where there is no Add button.

Is it me?

I think I have two or three of the 'greens'. But I'm still not sure what the latest is with major movies being posted here.

Perhaps a way of finding out would be to post a very basic torrent, see if it gets to stay and add pictures and a full review later.

Just for me the green on the GT background is quite hard to read

A thought: perhaps a change to a different shade of green but it would mean a global 'replace'

But I use this on another site green for title

Oh dear, gt.ru doesn't seem to accept the code for colours other than the default ones

So back again and it seems gt.ru doesn't require the "" which the other site does so:

Hi Krwing, I'm taking it you've remembered IGII. It's a good prog if you want some control over your images.

If you want a blunt approach Media Player Classic will produce contacts of various sizes taking a snapshot a regular intervals. It does for most of my thumbnails if all I want is to suggest a flavour of the movie.

ricky, invites were used mainly before the site was open sign-up - you got a 2GB upload bonus for every successful invite.

Now, if you want to invite someone, it is probably better for you to send them your own link using the Affiliate button at the very top of the page. Everyone who signs up using that link gets you 250  bonus seed points. So you can use those points for extra upload or thanking people or making torrents freeleech.

I don't know if you tried, but you can use more than one search term in the search box. So you could search for, say, "jeremy jordan" (without quotes) in torrent name and description and that returns just 82 results but just 'jordan' returns 682 and just 'jeremy' 698

It's not perfect but it can help narrow things down. Of course, it is no help if the torrent name is just the title of the movie and there's no cast list in the description but we can't have everything
