Nikita Casap, 17, was taken into custody last month and charged with two counts of first-degree murder as well as two counts of hiding a corpse, according to ABC News. He allegedly shot and killed his step-father Donald Meyer, 51, as well as his mother Tatiana Casap, 35, in February before he fled the state.
