As Stephen Miller puts it, "The President is operating at the apex of his authority when you are dealing with questions of invasion and questions of alien enemy infiltration as well as the expulsion of terrorist illegal aliens from the country."

Story in essence:
The Trump Administration signed an EO on Friday evening putting into effect the Alien Enemies Act. Planes carrying almost 200 suspected Tda [Tren de Aragua] members were in the air heading for El Salvador [prison] by Saturday.
Judge James Boasberg of the Washington D.C. District Court ordered a halt to the deportation flights and directed them to turn the flights around.
Reportedly, Boasberg consulted -no- Executive Branch info about who they were or why USA security required their expulsion.
He didn't even know what fuel planes had. To turn them around could crash them - kill hundreds.
Boasberg order is unconstitutional as much if "judges" sat & directed D-Day invasion of Normandy in WW2.
Boasberg unlawful overreach, has technically put USA into constitutional crisis & marks Boasberg, in my opinion or possibly, as corrupt TdA asset.
Luckily, no flights were turned around.
Hundreds of TdA gang member-terrorists sit now in El Salvador prison.
Nayib Bukele, President of El Salvador, commented:
Today, the first 238 members of the Venezuelan criminal organization, Tren de Aragua, arrived in our country. They were immediately transferred to CECOT, the Terrorism Confinement Center, for a period of one year (renewable).
The United States will pay a very low fee for them, but a high one for us. [ed: 1 report said $6 million]
Over time, these actions, combined with the production already being generated by more than 40,000 inmates engaged in various workshops and labor under the Zero Idleness program, will help make our prison system self-sustainable. As of today, it costs $200 million per year.
On this occasion, the U.S. has also sent us 23 MS-13 members wanted by Salvadoran justice, including two ringleaders. One of them is a member of the criminal organization’s highest structure.
This will help us finalize intelligence gathering and go after the last remnants of MS-13, including its former and new members, money, weapons, drugs, hideouts, collaborators, and sponsors.
As always, we continue advancing in the fight against organized crime. But this time, we are also helping our allies, making our prison system self-sustainable, and obtaining vital intelligence to make our country an even safer place. All in a single action.
May God bless El Salvador, and may God bless the United States.
