• PRIOR to your posting of this article - by just a few days - the HOUSE had held-up passage of the bill (I don't recall the reasons, but while I'm sure there was some stupid, political DEM reason for it, once there was a credible threat to Kavanaugh, the political risk for NOT passing it became too great, and the House passed it too!)
• By the time you published this delusional, incorrect propaganda piece, the actual legislation your video claims was being blocked by AOC had been passed by BOTH chambers and had even been signed into law by President Biden!

Also not an official for the site, but IMHO, if you had a torrent that was removed (unregistered torrent error), I would avoid attempting to re-publish the exact same torrent again. As you don't know why it was removed, submitting the exact same torrent might raise alarm bells...

Instead, I would recommend creating a "collection" of 2 or more similar files and re-uploading them TOGETHER. That makes for a new torrent, if not new files.

Also, in case it was removed for being a duplicate, so long as your collection isn't a duplicate of someone else's collection, you don't get removed for THAT cause. (If it has something else wrong with it - like it's kiddie porn, or something banned like that - don't submit it at all, naturally!)

So, Walmart TRIES to be a "community-aware" business, in spite of its size. It TRIES to be inclusive, sensitive, and... well, Walmart wants to be all things to all people!

So, a touch of back-story: In about 3 weeks, the US will celebrate our 2nd National Holiday commemorating Juneteenth - a traditional day of celebration, honoring the end of chattel slavery in the US.

So, what goes good with a celebration? Ice Cream!, party plates, balloons, you name it! It's a fucking celebration about the END of slavery! Pull out the stops! Go Freedom!

Walmart COULD have done a little more to make it about Juneteenth, and less about the capitalism - to be sure! For example the Juneteenth Ice Cream could have come from a black-owned business! But still, people! This is just the 2nd time in our history that we've actually CELEBRATED - as an entire country - the emancipation of all people (mostly PoC, but ALL people) from chattel slavery in this country!

I applaud Walmart for the EFFORT! Even if they missed the mark, they TOOK THE SHOT! They WERE TRYING to support FREEDOM! And they get a PR backlash instead.

Well, Black Society - don't come back around on June 19th and complain about how few parades and fireworks and other "celebrations" there are around your Juneteenth Holiday! You fucking scared off all of the sponsors who would PAY for that stuff!

So, instead of having some special "favors and flavors" to help mark the occasion, you can cook your generic hot dogs and hamburgers on your backyard grill - just you and your homies - and serve them on generic plates. With a little generic soda and beer - to REALLY make the day SPECIAL!

ROFL! The implication that ANY SCOTUS takes (or took) direction from POTUS is laughable! Even Roosevelt couldn't "control" the SCOTUS of the 1930's and 1940's!

The BEST an administration can do is file a case and ask for it to be heard. The court can choose to hear it, or not, but THAT is the essence of the separation of powers!

Maybe Trump thought he could control the SCOTUS, if he put enough people on the Court. But even that hasn't worked out for him, as Justice Barrett has defied Trump on several occasions already!

Mind you, before you go off all half-cocked: I'm not saying the SCOTUS didn't take up these cases. I'm saying the Court was under no real pressure NOT to - not from the Administration or elsewhere.

I'm also not saying the Biden Administration may not have wished the Court would have let these go... but there was no pressure or influence from the POTUS wing of the US Government to try to influence the SCOTUS wing - and if there were, it would have been laughed out of court - LITERALLY.

I do not believe that failing to mention trans people when in topics unrelated to sexuality or gender is phobic at all... there is no requirement for trans-supportive people to keep trans issue front-of-mind at all times!
