Might bump this, see if we've accumulated any other Switch owners on here in the past year!
The online service is getting pretty mixed reviews at the moment, but Nintendo just announced quite a few really promising games, including a new Luigi's Mansion and ANIMAL CROSSING… finally! Both coming out next year. Between those, Fire Emblem, Yoshi's Crafted World and Daemon x Machina, 2019 is looking really good.
It's great for Nintendo exclusives - some of Nintendo's best work yet tbh - and it's turned out to be great for indies and Japanese titles as well (there are already a lot of JRPGs and VNs and the like on there).
The only thing it doesn't have a ton of is major Western games. It's got a few (especially from Bethesda) but you'll probably still want a PC or another console around if you care about those.
Have there been many mentions of the Fire Emblem series in here? Like, most of that series' men are insanely attractive. Chrom from FE: Awakening and Zihark/Haar/Stefan from FE: Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn are probably my favourites.
Also Billy Coen from Resident Evil 0.
It's still mostly Nintendo games and indies, but there's some good stuff on the console at the moment. I've picked up Tumbleseed (very challenging but really rewarding) and a couple of great multiplayer games - Snipperclips, Death Squared and Jackbox Party Pack 3.
That Mario + Rabbids RPG is out in a couple of weeks, too, and a bit more third-party stuff (FIFA, NBA, WWE, Skyrim, Rocket League) is due later in the year. Another JRPG got announced for the system, too - it's getting the latest Atelier game towards the end of the year!
Not sure if anyone's been following this since I last posted, but the console's doing quite well. Consistently sold out in the US and Japan for nearly three months now.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe got great reviews and there are some really interesting indie titles on the console (I've got my eye on Kamiko). Of course, there probably won't be a lot of new announcements before E3 next month, but Reggie Fils-Aime (head of Nintendo America) hinted at some sort of Metroid announcement, so that might be on the cards!
I am rooting for Nina she has a completely different kind of drag in my opinion and if she play her cards right and get her head out of her ass she has a big chance to win this thing.
I love Nina, but I think she needs a bit more polish and perhaps a bit more time to learn not to get in her own head so much. She's a bit out of her depth compared to a few of these others imo.
My pick for top three at the moment would be SaShea and Trinity (hopefully with Sasha winning, although my gut says it'll be Shea). Sasha's very unique within this show, too - an artsy, intellectual queen that has actually gotten past the first few episodes and excelled at comedy by doing it in her own way.
I haven't bought much lately because I've been saving for a Switch. I think the last couple of games I bought (at the same time) were Paper Mario: Color Splash for Wii U, and an old game called Vanquish for 360.
Yeah, they really messed up a lot of things, for example the The Legend of Zelda game they promised and is going to be released on the Switch first. I'm really unsure if I will be the new console. I'll have to wait to see the reactions and more details after its release to make a decision.
Nah, it's coming out on Switch and Wii U at the same time. I get why they'd be bringing it to Switch, though - I don't think anything was going to turn around Wii U sales, but with Switch they've got a clean slate, better marketing and better tech. Having Zelda as a launch title will help them a lot.
I've pre-ordered mine - along with Zelda and 1-2-Switch. I'll be getting Snipperclips if it's available at launch, too, I can't wait to try that one!
In Europe nudity is totally normal, I'm amazed at how nudity is seen as taboo in north america, specially with ads and billboards
Even Australia is more relaxed around nudity than the US.
Cool series of photos, anyway. I get what the artist was going for, since male nudity is still very taboo in the US, which is where the artist is based.
There are a few cases like this. I know Simon Rex did some porn before moving into TV, and Tomas Skoloudik did a bit of porn before moving across to fashion modelling (he's been really successful, doing ads for Armani and the like).
It might replace the DS/3DS line… Nintendo have been pretty vague about that at the moment, I think they're waiting to see if the Switch sells well before they decide (kind of like the way the DS replaced the Game Boy Advance years ago). If Switch sells poorly, I think there will be a 3DS successor.

I usually sleep fully covered in a shirt and pajama bottoms, but I do like to sleep naked or in my underwear from time to time. It's something different, plus it feels kind of sexy.
It's funny, I used to think sleeping naked felt kind of sexy, now I'm so used to it that it's more of a comfort thing. I haven't slept with clothes on since I was about 15. My partner sometimes sleeps with a t-shirt and briefs on, though, since he gets cold a lot more easily than I do.

Human beings were never monogamous. It's only been a thing for the past few hundred years or so. Very few species in nature are monogamous.
Very few species in nature are documented as experiencing emotional intimacy, either. Just because other species behave a certain way doesn't mean humans need to follow suit.
I've done casual relationships before, but personally I've found monogamy to be more rewarding.
Apparently I had port forwarding set up correctly except for not having a static IP address. I've done that now and the problem seems to have resolved itself.
^ Pretty sure that's just Nintendo being weirdly stubborn about not letting any official details about software drop before January 12th.
It would be extremely odd for them to showcase only two third-party pieces of software in their three-minute trailer and not have those games release for the console. It would be a very bad look for them.
