Actually, he endorsed state's rights more than the bill– which is a very GOP thing to do. Ironic as that is, since the GOP is the party that caused a war over what was an argument over what was seen as federal interference. So, the way I read his comments are that these are issues better left to the States to decide for themselves. Obviously, if the law is found to be unconstitutional, the states can't implement it. That decision, though is  left to where it belongs, the Judicial Branch, and not the Executive.

The system isn't flawed; in fact it is more than fair. Give back at least as much as you take and you will have no problems! It really isn't difficult.

Some parents are more aware than others, and there awareness depends largely on their own upbringing, as well as educational and societal influences. Also, some people, when they have no answer to a problem tend to just ignore it and hope it will go away.
Very few parents would ignore such issues out of malice, but just aren't sure what to do. Truthfully, the overwhelming majority of parents do the very best job they can with what they have, but rarely is it ever enough in the moment. It usually takes time to pass (decades) for people to understand the lacking wasn't purposeful.

Well as can be seen by a prior poster, the differences are so simple that it can be answered by saying, "them bad, we good." If it only was that simple. The vast majority of Americans are neither Republican or Democrat, but vote on who the lesser of two evils is because we realize the only good politician– the kind that can do no harm, is a dead politician. At its inception, government was considered an act of public service, but now seems to be not only a career-choice, but a way of life that is vested in only worrying about the next election and trying to cover their own ass.

All that matters is how you and he feel about it. I do hope you take into account that if things go badly future events could be awkward.

Why would someone bother to add a torrent not to finish seeding it. They haven't "cost" me, but some were of stuff I was excited about and it is just annoying and rude.
Does anything happen to the uploaders, like a ban from uploading torrents for a while?

I bought something called bare cream, I think. It was from Amazon. It works on my husband. And as for the white hairs, I would assume you have chaved your chest and face quite a bit?
