If you live in North America, there is Interactive Male.
It is through the telephone. When you call, you must call in from an unblocked landline or mobile phone. (So sadly no google or skype numbers or pay phones lol)

Basically, it's like a gay personal liaison through the telephone.
When you call in, you are asked to record the name you would like to be called on the system. Shortly after that you are asked to record a profile message which can be no longer than two minutes or so.
After that you go into the live messenger, where all the guys who are currently dialed online (yourself included) names and profile are now available for other callers to hear.
First you hear guys online that are in your city, state, or area. Then if you hear or skip all of those, you hear guys farther away or in other countries even.
You can send guys winks, flirts, messages and even request to go one on one. To where you can possibly network with them, and give them your phone number, or decide to hook up and meet up at a spot etc.
Be careful, this line is not moderated, and you will run into homophobes, racists, trolls and guys who are dangerous. They do have an ignore feature which is good.
When you hang up, your profile is deleted shortly after. However when you call back within 24 hours, you are given the option to use your same profile or not.
Every month, you get 2 hours free trial to use the live messenger system. However time is not deducted if you hang up or if you listen to advertisements commercials they play, which are usually adult porn sites, like every five minutes or so.
Once your free trial is up, you have to wait a month to use it again, or pay for membership.
Otherwise, I think it's ten dollars a month to use the service unlimited.
I know people who are blind and gay who use this service and they say it works well for them.
