GT funktioniert einwandfrei und hat keine Störungen

Vuze ( als Programm )  steuert die Verbindungen ( uploads und downloads ) . Wenn du also die uploads deaktivierst  ( stoppen würde heißen, daß sie laufen ) und neu startest  , teilst du Vuze einen Steuerungsbefehl ( = uploaden ) mit. Wenn die uploads zu einem " HALT " kommen  bzw nix übertragen wird , dann liegt es entweder an deiner Konfiguration von Vuze  oder deinem Router oder deiner Internetverbindung !

Ich war auch mal totaler EDV - Greenhorn  und war etwas ungeschickt in meiner Ausdrucksweise und wurde somit auch falsch interpretiert . EDV ist eine komplizierte ANgelegenheit , aber mit der Zeit lernt man nur dazu

so , wie du es schilderst ,hält die Internetverbindung des Vuze nicht  ( da du ihn ja neu starten mußt )
ich vermute einfach mal , daß es an deinem Router ( oder firewall liegt ) , gehst du vielleicht per WLAN ins Internet ?
Hast du die Windows interne Firewall oder vielleicht Zonealarm ?
Hast du deinem Router eine feste IP zugeordnet ?
Hast du bei deinem Router UPnP aktiviert ?
Da du mit Vuze als Client arbeitest , hast du mal den Verbindungstest gemacht ? :
bei Vuze : >> Tools >> Nat/Firewalltest .
oder schau doch mal in die Protokolle bei Vuze rein , da findest du die Gründe und Erklärungen :

Tools >> Plugins >> Protokolle anschauen >> UpnP    ( oder verteilte Datenbank )

Verknüpfungen ? Ich vermute  mal, daß es die Torrents  selbst sind, die du dort abgespeichert hast .
Check doch mal in den Einstellungen deines Clienten , den Speicherort der Torrents . Du kannst dir auch selbst einen beliebigen Speicherort ( Ordner ) für die Torrents anlegen .
Da ich nun weiß , daß du Vuze ( AZureus ) hast , gehe wie folgt vor :
Klicke oben auf tools >> Konfiguration
dann links auf das +  vor  "Dateien "
gehe auf " torrent "
rechts siehst du dann " Verzeichnis zum Speichern "
hier kannst du nun die Einstellungen ändern
jetzt unten nur noch auf  " Speichern "  klicken und das wärs dann  ;D ;D

by converting and uploading converted DVD-movies i wondered what would be the best for both the seeder  and/or  leecher :

most of my DVD  are in their original or german language  - some with subtitles - some w/o .
I am not that much an expert to subtract the subtitles as x-tra files  . converting the movie with all availble subtitles is not only much work , but would create also a file big in dimenson . In additoion i think that a zipped movie will be donloaded faster as lower in filesize .

so what would you prefer :

11)  avi/divx      file
22 )  rm            file
33)  mov          file
aa)  keep movie in original languge  w/o any subtitles
bb)  keep  movie in origninal language and if not in english , add subtitles in english
cc )  add subtitles as x-tra files  ( if known how it is done  ???  ??? )
AA ) as  Zip - file
BB ) as  rar  - file

ja, so langsam kennt man die Leute 
also , der Fehler liegt bestimmt nicht bei GT , denn ich lade seit Tagen kontinuierlich rauf und auch runter .
Soweit ich mich erinnern kann , hattest du auch Probleme mit dem Datentransfer etc etc .
Vorschlag : Überprüfe nochmals die Einstellungen von dem Client , den du benutzt  bzw geh auf dessen Homepage und meistens sind dann dort unter support etc auch Tipps für die optimale Einstellungen gegeben . Eine zu hohe  bzw falsche Einstellung von Clienten kann auch zu Störungen führen .
Zweitens , überprüfe mal deine Einstellungen bei Windows ( da gibt es einige gute Programme wie DFÜ-Optimierer  oder TCP-Optimizer ….einfach mal mittels der Suchfunktion deines Browsers online suchen .Beides ist Freeware)
Drittens mußt du bei der momentanen Hitze bedenken, daß moderne Rechner od. Laptops und allerlei Geräte schnell überhitzen und dann einfach abschalten .

right …..... in addition , if you are on whireless, you will also loose some speed !!
