I use a lot of data. My cap is 300GB per month. Last Month, (May), I used 1.1TB. I pay $10 for each 50GB over my cap. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Torrents, and Tmobile Wifi Calling are my big uses, but mainly torrenting, lol. If I see a movie or clip I want, I get it, cap be damned.
Mine is pretty good. It is being tested pretty well given the area I live in now. I'm accurate a good 90% of the time I'd say. People always ask me, "How do you know." Not sure what it is. If you are using utorrent, and your downloads don't move to "queue seeding" or "seeding" after you complete the download, you should move them to "seeding" yourself by right clicking/highlighting the download and choosing "start" or "force start" until it moves to "seeding".

However, my ratio is above the minimum of 0.3. So far I've downloaded 8.43 GB, and I've just confirmed that at the ratio page. Is there any other condition that I didn't meet?

If you are still having a problem, then look at the number of torrents you are seeding in your client. I was seeding 600+ torrents, I dropped that down to 100 and have not had the problem since.
