A couple of potential issues:

Your Transmission client may not be seeding when the download completes. Your Transmission client may be stopping your seeding once a threshhold is met.

Finally, there are, at any given moment, over 1000 people connected to the tracker (not just the website)... the site can't be expected to update every statistic in real-time. If you've uploaded a new torrent and seeded it - and people are successful at snatching it - you should see your uploaded data value change within 24-hours.

So, there are 2 options:

The torrent client ALREADY HAS the torrent (some do that when they CREATE the torrent. Because it was already there, and because it's a "private" torrent, the trackers aren't "merged" so only the original (useless) one remains.
TO FIX: Delete the torrent (being CAREFUL to NOT DELETE the DATA!) in your client, then re-download from the site

The torrent client does not see the files that makeup the torrent in your default download location... you need to tell the torrent client WHERE the file(s) already exist. Otherwise, it thinks this is a new download.
TO FIX: Delete the torrent (being CAREFUL to NOT DELETE the DATA!) in your client, then re-download from the site - and point your client to the RIGHT location of where you file(s) actually exist!

Leave it a day, just in case, and if it has not been resolved on its own, contact the helpdesk.

It is possible that others already owns that existing file that you shared, others rename and replicate [of what you posted] in order to exactly match the files ... This is known as Super-seeding ...

@yuvynuya you should leave the client setting default alone [it always find a way regardless of torrent client]
Speed relies on your bandwidth:
If you're the only seeder you'll get 100% transfer rate base on you bandwidth.
According to the torrent 151/136 s/l ratio, it doesn't mean that 136 are actual seeding/leeching [most of them are partial seeder w/c means they already grab the files they wanted so they are no longer downloading...This is some form of competing bandwidth and most part of it they already rich the maximum transfer data rate...The only way you can distribute your speed [more chances] if the torrent started 'til 50% while on distribution until completed.
Also VPN users affects peers connectivity [not recommended for disabling] w/c affects peers/swarm.

Download the torrent [button] link that you posted and point where your files @... Not the torrent created by your software...
