The torrent file is only about 790 kb. I tried uploading in both Chrome and Firefox on Windows 11 and received the same error (but only when using the new domain). Clearing my cache did not resolve the issue. I'm confident I wasn't accidentally trying to upload a movie file because the torrent leads to a folder, not a file.

would be nice if you could do this again now. you dont have to fully complete the upload.. but just to that point.. thanks

yes - because the old domain will not be unavailable. and the api, qtm uses to talk to the site will not be redirected - everything else will qtm will finally get updated to solve this

Yes - the .torrent file you download from the site includes metadata in it that includes your "secret id" for the gaytorrent.ru site... you should protect those .torrent files, because if leaked, your site account could be hacked.

But, because that info is in the metadata, the answer to your original question is an absolute YES

You can copy your .torrent file to any other computer and seed/leech that torrent - using your own (one) account.

Read the docs:

Super-Seeding makes sure you "seed" different parts of the file(s) before re-sending parts you have already sent to others.
Here's the scenario that makes this a good thing. You seed your file, and it is broken into 5 parts. Leecher A comes along and asks for part #1, then B asks for part #1 too, so you start re-sending part #1 to B.
Grow this to thousands of parts and dozens of leechers, and you are re-sending the same parts over and over and no one ever gets the whole thing!
Super-Seeding means that when you've sent part #1 to A, you send part #2 to B and so on... this is supposed to be a TORRENT, after all: once you've sent #1 to A, B can get it from them! Forced seeding just overrides your internal queueing... you still send a scrape.

The action you need to take to force your torrent to seed is to PAUSE IT (aka STOP SEEDING IT), wait for any existing traffic to END, then re-start the seeding.

This causes your client to RE-ANNOUNCE itself (different from a scrape)

As I understand it, the not-supporting-scrape issue comes down to some ability to cheat the rationator system using scrapes... (clearly, I do NOT know the details there!)... But IMHO, having to work around that is a SMALL PRICE to pay for all this free, quality porn! 🙂 🙂 🙂

You can upload videos that are not on the site, although by seeding the downloaded torrents you help the community, as long as you don't abandon them. If your download rights are taken you can fix your share by seeding freelench or make a donation.

@majestix 2022 and still using windows 7, that's your problem, this website is all free. you can ask for nothing but fixing your own problem. go to the upload page and do it manually or simply use windows 10. I am a MAC-user and i don't have any problem with uploading without QuickTorrentMaker

@dilemmax Take a look at "Auto Movie Thumbnailer," at https://funk.eu/amt/. The user interface is a bit clunky, but it will do a bunch of thumbnail sheets at once. I have it installed on a Windows 10 machine, and it passed all of my computer's multiple virus checks. I don't think there's a Mac version, but I haven't looked closely.

Depending on the Torrent software you are using you can move the files and point the torrent to the new location. If you use qBitTorrent for example it has an "Automatic Torrent Management" mode, when you use it with labels it will move stuff around for you.
