@lizejing1994 You've probably already aware of this, but just to make sure (you never know) -- have you looked at how much data you've downloaded to compare it to your upload total manually? The ratio is a true ratio, so it's determined mainly by dividing your uploaded amount by your downloaded amount
For example, say you've downloaded EXACTLY 300 GB worth of non-freeleech torrents already before uploading the 300 GB. That would get you at a 1:1 ratio and pretty much in neutral (but good standing) zone in terms of ratio. However, if you've downloaded significantly more than 300 GB (this is cumulatively, across the history of your account), it would require more than 300 GB to rebalance things again. It's possible to dig yourself into some pretty big holes if you binge on downloads too quickly.
I apologize again if you didn't need to read all of that and it's old news to you! I just like to never make assumptions, and that really would be the very first place to check. There's no shame in finding yourself in one of these holes, as long as you're willing to dig yourself out by trying to stick to FREELEECH and leaving your torrent client open as much as you can to build it back up. I'm in a similar situation myself, but recovery is slow ... not absent.
Out of curiosity, what is your download vs. upload all time total? You can see that on your personal stats page by clicking your user name in the upper right on the main gaytor.rent website, and then going to "Detaills" and Stats"
I'll just end by throwing in a third apology if it turns out none of this information was needed, and you were already aware to check for all of that. If you are sure that your download all-time total is now at least equal to or higher than your all-time upload total, I have no clue what it could be. It has always seemed accurate to me me when I've done the math myself.
