I have the same problem. All of my torrents- seeding and leeching - are red and the message says 'Failure- unregistered torrent'.
Is there something I should do in my settings or is this just a matter of waiting? Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!!

RE: Have you seen an hilarious American animated series called Drawn Together?
It's one of my favorite series… I was a little disappointed in the movie, but to each his own. If you've NEVER seen the show, I'd suggest skipping the movie and just watching a few episodes.

RE: A BIG thanks to the guys
Add my HUGE thanks for all the hard work and help, and my (tiny) shame that I haven't been more active in exploring the forums more often!

RE: BT Traffic Management 101
Hi! Thanks for all the great information. I'm fairly new to the torrent business, so I have a question regarding downloading. I looked around to see if this issue had already been addressed but I didn't see any posts. (Or maybe I didn't know where to look…)
I understand there are different factors that affect how long a torrent will take to download. Sometimes it finishes in 5 or 10 minutes; sometimes I've waited a couple of days for torrents to complete. I always leave them open for quite awhile after I finish downloading (ideally much past the 1.5 mark, but sometimes if there are no leechers and I've had it open for a week I will stop it...), however- what should I do if it looks like the torrent won't ever complete? What's the protocol?
Right now I'm downloading a movie that only has one seeder, and one leecher (me, of course). utorrent goes back and forth on "estimated time", sometimes a few days, but mostly it says up to a year, or infinity. I know the download will depend on the seeder's bandwidth, etc, but if I've waited, say, a week and it looks like it's only up to 5 or 10%, am I allowed to bail on it before I've fully downloaded? Also, since no one else is leeching but me, the ratio is still at 0%. That will also affect my overall ratio, which I don't like since I want to maintain a good balance.
Any suggestions/comments/words of advice? Thanks in advance! Cheers.

RE: Saying Thankyou
I'm a member of several torrent sites- both porn and non alike- and I always say Thank You when I download, mainly because I'm fairly computer illiterate and I am not (currently) able to upload anything myself, so I want to give proper love and gratitude to those who have shared their files. However, over 20 years in Customer Service has proven to me that most people are quicker to criticize and complain than to say thanks.
By the way, go bears, lol! I'd rather see two grown men at it than skinny under-fed 20-somethings. But, to each his own.
