Uf, I love long hair on a guy if they're curly. It takes me totally somewhere else. I was in love with some bass player in one rock group. I would play with those hair Every guy at that time almost had long hair, but that' because most people I knew had their bands. But if they're not curly, I'd prefer short. I'm not judging or anything, I know too many who judge. Even what movies I watch or music I listen. I just prefer short these days. But you do your thing. If sissy or whatever. I upload a lot and my upload speed is 4Mbps so it's almost 500kb/s . I have cable net, I use AVG as my internet security and utorrent to upload. I didn't do anything to my comp to speed up my upload. Usually I'd need 3 downladers for my uploading to start. Sometimes one is enough. But as soon as few people get whole torrent, my torrent stops seeding. Then from time to time it starts again. All I really know how to keep my upload up is by not downloading at the same time. As soon as I start, my upload goes to 20kb/s or even 0. I can use 10% of my whole download speed for downloading, but if I use more, I can't upload anymore. It sucks but I have to choose do I want to download or upload.

For linux look at that site http://alternativeto.net/software/magic-file-renamer/?platform=linux it shows alternatives for magic file renamer which I use in my windows. It's great.

Just after I download videos and then they all have _ or - or whatever I don't like, I use Magic File Renamer so I can change all those symbols I don't want in all files at once or I can delete first or last letters or numbers, or I can add studio name at the front of all files at once or change letter case.
If I want to make a list of all files I have, I use CopyFilenames that goes directly to filemanager in your PC so you do Ctrl+A, right mouse click and choose copy filenames and paste them to word document or paste them to decsription when you want to upload collection of files. It's very handy  :cool2:
Then I usually put date first (year, month, day), title of video, actors. Sometimes specially if I upload videos as well, I put studio name as well.
For mormonboyz where each Elder has their own story, I put elder's name, number of chapter, other Elder's names if there are more and then title.
But if you do whole siterips like I do with few of studios, it gets pretty crazy

As a player, I use Gom Player.  To rip dvd files I use Aimersoft dvd ripper, but to get info about what is the size of a movie after I rip it. I need to see how many Mb do I get for different bitrates and then I calculate and eventually I rip dvd with Gilisoft Movie DVD Converter. I convert videos with Gilisoft video converter and I cut videos and put them back together with AVS video editor. I used many programs, but those work the best for me. Oh and if I want to cut many movies at the same place all at once, I use Gilisoft video editor. 

I think it's better to see just good in them, if they show you they have lots of bad and not that much good, then just leave them alone. If they have lots of both and bad stuff start to bother you, then if you start thinking of their bad stuff you just start to judge them and that's not good for you. Besides as my dad says when you see bad stuff in people, you just see what's bad about you as they're really just your mirror. That doesn't mean if they killed someone or stole stuff that you're killer and thief yourself, It's more like when it bothers you when someone talks too much or somthing like that. Of, and when you click make new torrent in utorrent. Tracker should be http://tracker.gaytorrent.ru:2710/announce and at other only private tracker should be clicked.

But first make torrent file of your video with utorrent. But it's true, it's very simple once you know what you need. So in case noone explained to you, here is step by step for dummies You have file video.mp4 and want to upload it
1. open utorrent/go to file tab/make new torrent/add file or add directory/create and save as
    if you've done everything right you get file video.mp4.torrent
2. here on gt.ru click on upload/ click on upload page/Select Category
3. 4 things here are neccesary
    Pictures  you have to upload at least one normal size picture
    Torrent Name
    Description -if you upload one file, usually there's summary for video
                      -if you upload folder, I'd write titles of videos you upload
    Torrent file  find your video.mp4.torrent file on your disk and choose it.
4. click on "do it" and if you did everything right you click download like you'd want to download your own video and choose where to save it, which is where you already have video.mp4 file.
That's it. File gets into checking and when is 100% you get to seed it. In case it's not seen on search page remove torrent from utorrent but don't delete your file from disk. Click on download torrent again. This time it shouldn't be dead.
If it looks on your utorrent like noone is downloading after few minutes, click on stop amd start and when there are 3 downloaders, torrent will start working.
Let me know how it went
