I suffered from the same, very mild case of acne but also found it very upsetting…i went to see my doctor about it, he suggested a very low dosage of acnetane, a generic of roacnetane i think, i take 1 tablet twice a week and all my acne has gone completely, and stays away while taking it...maybe enquire with your medical professional if the same will work for you (if they don't have a better solution)?
