If you broadcast your shit to the world, then expect the world to respond.

Wouldn't your Methodist mother-in-law have something different to say about that world response? Those women's Twitter tirades certainly don't appear to follow the creed of "love one's neighbor as oneself".

The guy praised Hitler while claiming he wanted to kill Biden and take over the government. And he.... Wait for it.... played tennis! Quelle surprise!

I think I'm the one who should be telling you "I'm sorry you didn't get the chance" with this one. He must have seemed so promising at first, with his brown picture and exotic sounding name. But I tell ya, tennis racquets and nazi flags usually point towards MAGA-land.

I think I know which direction this one's going.

      Student council and tennis?

Everyone knows lib-dem high schoolers prefer theater/band and track/cross country for their extracurricular.

And who was it? Sai Varshith Kandula.

Chesterfield Missouri, where Kandula is from, is a suburb west of St. Louis. According to the Rockwood School District, Kandula graduated from Marquette Senior High School in 2022. While he was there, he was involved in the student council during his sophomore year and the boy’s tennis team during his sophomore and junior years, the school district’s spokeswoman, Mary LaPak, said.

    • Cisgender Georgia parents arrested after starving 10-year-old son runs away begging for food

Two cisgender Georgia parents were arrested for child abuse and negligence after their starving 10-year-old son was found wandering their neighborhood looking for a grocery store where he could beg for food.

Griffin police arrested Tyler and Krista Schindley after their neighbors found their emaciated son lost in the streets on Friday, with the child begging cops to “please not make him go back.”

Apparently, reminding MEN that letting a baby suck on their "titties" ain't breast FEEDING is a crime.

Twitter is not a "reminder" service. If they want to be able to spew hate speech to people on Twitter then they should lobby their legislators to change back the law.

What happened to the good old days when people changed laws they didn't like, instead of complaining about them. When they get thousands of people all over the country marching in the streets like BLM did, then maybe their complaints are valid. Something tells me we're not going to see anytime soon thousands of Australians marching in the streets for these two ladies rights to harangue people on Twitter, two women who clearly don't understand the concept of MYOB.

The new laws that allow Australia's eSafety Commissioner to compel platforms such as Twitter, to remove "cyber‑abuse material" within 24 hours, or face a hefty fine, is a good thing. It's a second avenue of recourse for those dissatisfied with the platforms' moderation policies.

The amendments to Australia's Online Safety Act came into effect after being passed by the Australian Senate last June. Under the new legislation, the eSafety Commissioner can issue a removal notice to a platform if they don't take down a post within 48 hours of receiving a complaint about it.

      So anti-breastfeeders beware.

    • RE: "Why Martin Luther King Was Republican"

      @raphjd
Do you actually know the story of how that new law passed? Cuz it wasn't Trump on his own...

Knowing there'd be a conservative backlash against prison reform, Jared Kushner (who thought up the initial idea for the legislation itself) had brought four Republican senators to the oval office one day to convince Trump to endorse the legislation. They walked Trump through the main elements of the legislation, and he seemed on board.

As the group walked out of the oval office, senator Mike Lee of Utah gave kushner a hug.

"so we got it" he said excitedly. Kushner knew better.

"No no no, that's a soft yes." Kushner said.

"What do you mean?" Lee replied.

"So right now what I have to do is bring in people who hate the policy that we're trying to do, because if we think it's a yes, he'll change his mind when Tom Cotton's on Tucker Carlson basically explaining how we're letting rapists and murderers out."

Kushner's approach worked and Trump became a firmer yes, but then he needed to persuade Mitch McConnell, who agreed to schedule a vote only if Kushner and his allies came up with 60 votes beforehand to make it filibuster proof. Then McConnell raised his demand to 80 votes.

Only through the help of liberals like Van Jones, the activist and CNN pundit, was Kushner and Mike Pence able to secure the votes needed to pass the legislation.

So when you say we have Trump to thank for that, think again.

Clearly, Democrats promoted the law in the most racist way possible.

According to the Republicans, the law was supposed to let everyone out of prison. Did you see the dancing ballerina inmates in that video? Now is that what you meant by "racist promotion?" But that came from the GOP....

Trump got rid a large chunks of the racist law that you people hated and you get butt hurt at Trump.

How again did he get rid of that law? how did he do that exactly? Was it an executive order? was it new legislation? Do tell

Republicans in 1994: "Biden is bad because he supports passing a crime bill in 1994 that will let criminals out of prison."

Republicans in 2023: "Biden is bad because he supported a crime bill in 1994 that put criminals in prison."

Look at that there.... those clever Republicans, they switched their line of attack! ....so much so that it appears as if Biden is damned if he does, and damned if he doesn't.

I mean really, the idea that Republicans would think that Biden is bad because he passed a crime bill is utterly ridiculous. Why would Republicans even care about criminals going to prison? (Bring let out, that they would hate)

@raphjd That's what you're implying here, that the "Biden crime bill" was too harsh on black families (a mainstream media talking point).

So why are you spouting mainstream media ideas like that? Is it because you think that makes Biden look bad? So I see you tout mainstream media ideas only when they service your interests.

Why aren't you more honest in saying that back then, you would have been with your GOP cronies in the above video in opposing the crime bill as being too lenient. Deep down inside you know that's the truth.

Uncivilized, unsocialized, predators, super predators, and many, many others.

That's what the GOP said why the law was not strict enough and too lenient, and shouldn't be supported. Back then you would have been against it too, as too lenient.

Now you're implying it was too harsh, because that's what 'conventional wisdom' and the mainstream media is telling you about that law.

How some Republicans viewed the 1994 Crime Bill back then. They thought it was too lenient and not strong enough:

      Youtube Video

So what is it that Raphjd is arguing here, that the 1994 crime bill was too harsh on black families? Is that because "conventional wisdom" and the "mainstream media" tells us that it was too harsh on black families? I would be surprised then, that Raphjd would be supporting what "mainstream media" tells him about the crime bills effects. Cuz he knows back in 1994 he would have been against it as being too lenient .

On 18 October 1956, Earl Kennedy, a 1941 Morehouse graduate and Detroit Republican activist, asked King about his position "relative to Negro people voting for Democratic candidates nationally.” MLK Jr's reply to Earl Kennedy's question is shown below.

      Mr. Earl Kennedy, Chairman
      First Congressional District
      Michigan Citizens for Eisenhower
      400 North Capitol Avenue
      Lansing, Michigan

      Dear Mr. Kennedy:

Thanks for your very kind letter of October 18, making inquiry concerning my political position. Actually, I am not taking any public position in this election. In private opinion I find something to be desired from both parties. The Negro has been betrayed by both the Democratic and Republican Party. The Democrats have betrayed us by capitulating to the whims and caprices of the southern dixiecrats. The Republicans have betrayed us by capitulating to the blatent hypocrisy of conservative right wing northerners. This coalition of southern dixiecrats and right wing northern Republicans defeats every move toward liberal legislation in Congress. So we confront the problem of choosing the lesser of two evils. At this point I might say however, that I feel that the Negro must remain an independent voter, not becoming unduly tied to either party. He should seek to vote for the party which is more concerned with the welfare of all the people.

I was more than happy to hear from you, and of course I was very happy to know that you are an alumnus of Morehouse College. I hope it will be possible to meet you personally sometime in the near future.

      Sincerely yours,
      M. L. King, Jr.,

Heres the entire clip of Tapper's commentary.

Tapper at 6:56 --- "it is possible that the FBI had legitimate concerns to start these investigations AND it is possible that some of the investigators were unprofessional. You could draw both of those conclusions, and both would be accurate."

      BOOM.

I don't think tapper's lying at all. Altogether, his comments are fairly accurate--if not clumsy.

Far left sites are shifted to the right to make them appear less extreme, while conservative sites are shifted to the right

If these far left sides are "shifted to the right" then how come they're still called "far left?"

Once again, they are part of the leftist bias OPINION spewers. They do not state any facts, per Facebook in 2 lawsuits.

Who's "they"? and what do "they" have to do with Facebook?

We know the org of leftist "fact checkers" have no issue with allowing direct competitors from "fact-checking" someone they admit to wanting to drive out of business

      How do "we" know this?

IF they tried claiming they were stating facts, CO would have won the case.

Who's "they"? And what do "they" have to do with Colorado?
