@raphjd That's where you fail to get out of your ideological prison-bound mind. An intersex patient who doesn't identify as female wants that to be called a vagina.? Do you have you even have an idea of how many intersex people there are on planet? It's estimated to be about the same number of people who have green eyes. I'll guess that you didn't know that, or have any idea about it at all. Are you saying all those people who are born with a second hole but who identifies male want it to be called the vagina? You speak for all of those people?

RE: "Bonus Hole"
"To appease a certain crowd of violent fascists"
Who does medical exams on a crowd? Your persecution fantasies have grown over like wild weeds. Now you have medical providers giving medical exams to crowds of people.
Offering the medical providers that work in your own facility choices on what terminology they want to use with intersex patients is not the same thing as giving medical exams to a crowd of fascists. What if your doctor wanted to call your penis a "urine-only orifice" because, seeing as how you're gay, there's no biological use for it dispensing anything else. Would you have a problem with that doctor? According to them they're not making up that term, they're simply describing a biological fact. Tell me the 500 different ways you wouldn't have a problem with that

RE: The GOP Backed Him on Hunter Biden Claims. Now, He's Been Indicted
@blablarg18 what's more likely .....the biden's did unknown unnamed Big bad things in front of another criminal (apparently during all those times that this man spent .... Somewhere? at the White House perhaps?)
Or, a crook is using Republicans to stay out of jail.
At least now we know where that missing informant was all this time .....he was on the run from the law! I bet if he had filled out a handgun purchase form and failed to disclose his drug use you would be all over him like white on rice

RE: "Bonus Hole"
@raphjd You're absolutely right....they suggested terms for medical professionals to use if they chose to do so in situations performing work at their medical facilities.
Are medical facilities not allowed to use their own terms with their own employees treating their own patients?
Keep pushing your thought processes here .... I can tell, you're on the verge of a breakthrough.
Who should be in charge of how to address patients in their own medical facility? Big bad government? or should the people who work there be able to choose their own terminology?
Answer that one if you can

RE: "Bonus Hole"
@raphjd A single charity's glossary for medical professionals doing cervical screenings is being misinterpreted as a recommendation for all health professionals to change their methods.
When one examines the nature of the document from which the rumor originated, it appears to serve as an educational resource, not a policy mandate or proposal.
Nobody was recommending that the word vagina not be used in all medical settings. Instead, the charity — in concert with a large LGBTQ+ rights group in England — listed the terms "bonus hole" and "front hole" as wording suggestions for medical staff specifically doing screenings of trans women should they feel that would be appropriate. The document did not recommend, or "urge," providers to use the words in all appointments, with all patients.

RE: NATO Says It Will Invite Ukraine to Join When ‘Conditions Are Met’
@blablarg18 Retranslation from your misinterpretation: There first has to be a formal application in order for there to be a rejection. Since Ukraine has submitted no such application, there was no rejection. Ukraine formerly entering NATO is a bus that has already left the station. Their arrival at that destination is only a matter of time.

Turkey Drops Opposition to Sweden's Admission to NATO
While Europe and the United States were trying to isolate Moscow for its invasion of Ukraine, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey referred to Russia’s president as “my friend.” While NATO leaders worked to enlarge the alliance, Erdogan held up the process by seeking concessions for his nation.
Then on Monday, Erdogan suddenly flipped after more than a year of being treated as an in-house spoiler by Western allies. He dropped his objections to Sweden joining the alliance and allowed a NATO summit to convene on Tuesday with a new sense of strength and unity.
Erdogan has yet to comment publicly on his decision, much less explain his change of heart, but he appears to have concluded that he had little more to gain from continuing to block Sweden — and that he could potentially benefit more from mending his sour relationships with the United States and other NATO allies.

NATO Says It Will Invite Ukraine to Join When ‘Conditions Are Met’
NATO leaders agreed in a joint statement to offer Ukraine an invitation to join, but remained vague on how and when, wording that essentially marked a victory for Biden, who said before the summit that Ukraine was not ready to be a member.
The alliance’s leaders, meeting at a summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, had struggled to agree on language about how to describe a timeline and conditions for what everyone agrees will be Ukraine’s eventual membership in NATO.
The leaders of the 31 member states said in their communiqué that Ukraine would receive an invitation “when allies agree and conditions are met,” and that there would be regular reviews of the country’s progress toward meeting NATO standards on democracy and military integration.
Zelensky was attending a dinner on Tuesday evening with leaders of NATO countries, according to Jens Stoltenberg, NATO’s secretary general, and is to attend the inaugural meeting on Wednesday of the NATO Ukraine Council, a new group that will give Ukraine an equal voice on key issues alongside full member states. Biden is planning to meet with Zelensky on Wednesday.

The GOP Backed Him on Hunter Biden Claims. Now, He's Been Indicted
The co-director of a Maryland-based research group who claims to have damaging information about Hunter Biden has been charged with arms trafficking, sanctions violations and acting as an unregistered agent for China, according to a federal indictment unsealed on Monday.
In an eight-count indictment, prosecutors in the Southern District of New York accused Gal Luft, a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen, of violating the Arms Export Control Act and the Foreign Agents Registration Act in brokering arms deals between Chinese companies, Iran and countries in the Middle East.
Mr. Luft, promoted by some congressional Republicans as a keystone witness in their efforts to show corruption by the Biden family, is a fugitive from justice. He was detained by law enforcement officials in Cyprus in February in connection with the indictment, but fled after being freed on bond while awaiting extradition. If convicted, he faces up to 100 years in prison.

RE: Study: Fully vaxxed? you have higher covid risk
"I do not know anything about Mr. Charles Keating's work or his business or the matters you are dealing with. I only know that he has always been kind and generous to God's poor and always ready to help whenever there was a need. It is for this reason that I do not want to forget him now while he and his family are suffering. Jesus has told us Whatever you do to the least of my brethren YOU DID IT TO ME.' —
—Mother Teresa, in a letter to the judge overseeing the prosecution of Charles Keating, indicted for savings and loan faud.
Reply, from the prosecutor in that trial:
"Mr. Keating was convicted of defrauding 17 individuals of more than $900,000. These 17 persons were representative of 17,000 individuals from whom Mr. Keating stole $252,000,000. The victims of Mr. Keating's fraud come from a wide spectrum of society. Some were wealthy and well-educated. Most were people of modest means and unfamiliar with high finance. One was, indeed, a poor carpenter who did not speak English and had his life savings stolen by Mr. Keating's fraud. The biblical slogan of your organization is As long as you did it to one of these My least brethren, you did it to Me'. The least of the brethren are among those whom Mr. Keating fleeced without flinching. As you well know, divine forgiveness is available to all, but forgiveness must be preceded by admission of sin. Not only has Mr. Keating failed to admit his sins and his crimes, he persists in self-righteously blaming others for his own misdeeds. You urged the Judge to look into his heart -- as he sentences Charles Keating -- and do what Jesus would do. I submit the same challenge to you. Ask yourself what Jesus would do if he were given the fruits of a crime; what Jesus would do if he were in possession of money that had been stolen; what Jesus would do if he were being exploited by a thief to ease his conscience? I submit that Jesus would promptly and unhesitatingly return the stolen property to its rightful owners. You should do the same. You have been given money by Mr. Keating that he has been convicted of stealing by fraud. Do not permit him the indulgence' he desires. Do not keep the money. Return it to those who worked for it and earned it! If you contact me I will put you in direct contact with the rightful owners of the property now in your possession."
—The prosecutor never got a reply.

Did you know Joy Reid was flaming homophobe, back in 2000s?
She was also promoting that documentary Loose Change back then. You and her could have shared a tub of popcorn back in the day, talking for hours and hours about the stolen gold and the Jewish people setting those bombs the night before and then calling in sick to work the next day. What fun!

RE: France enriched by diversity, while Poland suffocates
@blablarg18 I'm wondering, if you had found yourself being born and raised in Cote d'Ivoire, and because of your ability to work hard and make some money you started to better yourself would you stay in Cote d'Ivoire or would you figure "I want to move to Paris... I think I'd have a good chance there. They speak the same language, good place for opportunities, i'll make a go of it". Or would you tell yourself "no, this is where I belong... here in Cote d'Ivoire. I shouldn't move to France I should stay here where I belong." Tell me ....which would you choose ....would you try and make it in Paris or would you be a chicken and stay in Cote d'Ivoire with all the rest of your friends and family. I would say friends, but they're all going to Paris too without you. What would you do?

RE: Report: FBI Groomed a 16-Year-Old With “Brain Development Issues” to Become a Terrorist
@blablarg18 Actually I don't care for Greenwald as a person at all. He's a lawyer who ultimately identifies more with higher ups, rather than people lower than him -- unless he's dating them, and then it would definitely be lower (in age). Now that he's a widower he's going to have to find some new blood. That being said, I'd still consider his publication the Intercept to be trustworthy.

Your blathering about cheerleaders & straight hypocrisy, while accurate on its own terms, is beside the point.
"Accurate on its own terms", which is to say, It's squarely on point.
Where is all the campaigning against sexual displays by the so called "straight society"?
For you to leave them off the hook whilst highlighting gay society and their displays seems pretty lopsided.
