Update - I figured out what Dems are up to.

SCOTUS said, charges against President Trump can PROCEED......

.....subject to careful analysis of what parts of his conduct were official vs. unofficial.

SCOTUS did not dismiss charges against Trump.

SCOTUS remanded charges to lower courts - ie. they can proceed, if justified by careful analysis.

Some would be thrown out, some would proceed.

But top Dems (Inner Party) have figured out, their entire Lawfare strategy against Trump is disastrous, for Dems. They need fast exit.

Top Dem (Inner Party) strategy is: blame SCOTUS. Distort & misrepresent what SCOTUS said. "They threw out USA constitution! Trump can order Seal Team 6 to kill you!" 👈 hoax

By this new hoax, top Dems (Inner Party) whip up ordinary Dems (Outer Party, Two Minutes' Hate) & raise funds..... .....rather than allow ordinary Dems to see how stupid Dem lawfare was, all along.

Dems hoax their own base. They need to keep it going. Their anti-Trump lawfare, was all hoaxes. It backfired. They have a substitute hoax - Dems' new anti-SCOTUS hoax.

Added benefit, to Dems: if it works - if they win - they will proceed to "pack SCOTUS" ie. judicial coup.

SCOTUS & sane judicial reasoning, stood in way of Dem lawfare. Therefore, SCOTUS & sane judicial reasoning, must go.

The better SCOTUS reasons things out, the more SCOTUS seals their own doom (with Dems).

For Dems, not only is truth irrelevant: It's an enemy.

Plus the "rioters" so-called, were ushered into Capitol by police.

Dem-J6 narrative is voided, by that alone.

Under USA Constitution, they were legit protestors.

Media & Dems knew it all along - chose to lie & persecute.

McKinsey consultants, around 2015 I think, did some study to show DEI boosts profits, like, your company is more profitable with "diverse" executives. It was often cited, to spread DEI.

Yesterday I saw something about, how no one ever duplicated that study.

People have tried. McKinsey study was a fluke, at best - maybe fake?

Irony is: if only McKinsey had meant ideological diversity - prevent groupthink - they might be right?

Take, Bud Light getting tranny spokesxer, or Target getting satanist product designers for its Pride line - 2 business disasters.

If companies had DEI for conservative viewpoints, they might have avoided such disasters.

If we are worried about sex with kids, then we REALLY need to remove women from classrooms. This would also help end indoctrination.

We lost male naked swimming because women needed to invade male-only spaces.

In terms of rules/laws...... DNC is allowed to confirm Biden as nominee, and then, just a bit later, have him "have a medical event" & withdraw, so DNC can declare (new candidate).

Great for DNC, because it prevents having to consult actual Dem voters, in primary elections. Back-room politics & top-down orders from Party Central....what libs love.

In some States, they might still have to say "Biden" on ballots tho. That could be a problem.

In theory, if Dem candidate "wins" 🙄 "again" 🤣 - USA could have situation, where no candidate has electoral majority - because some electors pledged to Biden (who withdrew but still appeared), some pledged to Dem (new candidate), some to President Trump.

Dems would then urge their Biden electors to be faithless & switch to Dem (new candidate). To prevent, you know, that funky procedure where House decides.

Dems won't mind the hypocrisy involved.
