There's a video about a high school in a pretty wealthy area.  It's mixed race and all the kids come from wealthy families.  The black kids in the school are lagging behind the kids of the other races, so clearly the reason is "racism".

The school has more black teachers percentage-wise than they have black students.  The school has no asian faculty and a low percentage of hispanic faculty.

So why are the black students doing the worst?  Are we to believe that black teachers are racist against black students?

Could it be that the black students are constantly fed the "everything is racist" bullshit, so they don't try?  Even the black teachers claim the black kids are lagging behind due to racism.
