This depends on how California treats civil partnerships.  Some states only gave a few rights in civil partnerships, while others treated exactly the same as marriage, but without the name.

If it's a local registry and not a state wide one, then you have less of a concern.  Key West, FL had a civil registry for gay couples before the state allowed it.  It meant nothing outside of Key West but inside was treated exactly the same as marriage.

We got a civil partnership 6 days after it became legal here in Scotland and were the 1st to to legally be married physically in Scotland.

I make the caveat of "physically in Scotland" because there was a couple who flew to Australia to get married at the embassy, so they had the first gay marriage, but outside of Scotland, under Scottish law.

Once again, the topis in this thread is "gay and muslim" so that is why other religions aren't being talked about.

Of course, there are many who claim to be "gay and muslim".  And the reason they have to hide the fact that they are "gay and muslim" is due to their religion.

All religion is shit and in many countries, we have to fund it through our taxes.  We even see religious authorities claiming stupid shit about COVID-19 and many other things.

My stance is that all religion is shit.  It's all make believe and people treat others like shit because of some idiotic fable.

Only muslim nations currently execute people for being gay.

We allow LGBT theme, not just gay theme.

As for the porn stuff in question, there was lots of requests for this stuff to be allowed.

It's through traffic during a set period, not snatched.

10 million people could download a torrent file, but if the uploader has a slow internet connection, then it won't make it on the list until other people start getting it and spreading it around.
