I'm specifically looking for these types of stories. It's interesting how people respond to them on both sides.

The left loves these stories, as it proves them right about the evil right.    Once the truth comes out, they drop the story and never mention it again because they already got their "evil right" narrative out there.

Oddly, with Jussie Smollett, there's still a lot of liberals defending him.  Some are calling him a hero for trying to expose the evil right, even if it was a hoax.

I hate hoaxes because it can destroy real lives of people falsely accused of the crimes.  That for example Jackie @ UVA.  The "just believe" crowd did $25,000 damage to the frat house based on lies.  The university refused to protect the students and fraternity, then refused to pay for the damages when they were proven innocent.  The frat was banned from classes while the shit was going on and even once they were proven innocent, there was still a push to expell them because something like that might happen and to make an example out of them.

What I was referring to in my previous post was overflow pipes (about 1 meter wide, I guess) that kept the lake from spilling over into our neighborhood.  The water then goes to the golf course and park to help with helping them cut costs on watering the area.

When I lived in England, there was a man-made lake on the other side of the road.  It was half a wildlife refuge and water reservoir.  They had these gloryholes (much smaller though).  When we moved in, the gloryholes were about 1 foot above the water level.  4 years later, the lake was nearly completely dry.  About 6 months after I moved, the government paid to have water pumped into the lake to restore the wildlife refuge.

The gloryholes were 9 feet high from the lake bottom.  Previous years the glory holes were always draining excess water.

If it were a private person, then I would say it's off limits.

As a public figure, I have less concern.

As a news anchor, he probably had no problem telling these stories about others, so I have even less problem.

Transsexuals in the military isn't a problem when they aren't using the military to fund their transition.

That's very simple: the army can accept only transgenders already operated and properly recovered. It's also important to say that most of trans people are not operated and do not wish for it.

I would agree with that.

Also, I wouldn't mind them getting hormones via the military.
