I was mostly referring to reporting torrents that violate the buzzword rule when I mentioned reporting the torrent.

25 states are giving priority for the C-19 vaccine to non-whites, in each group.  The remaining 25 states are not basing their vaccine program on race.

The CDC agrees with the racist system.

Oddly, Cornell U mandates C-19 vaccines for all its students and staff, as long as they are white, while for non-whites it's optional.

Some white Professor said that we should not be giving the vaccine to old people, since they are mostly white and conservative.  He said it was a way to "adjust" the make-up of the US population.
