I wouldn't think they would monitor that kind of thing and if they did, it shouldn't be much of an issue since you did sub to the people or free videos.

The one thing I would caution about is changing the metadata. I don't know about Only Fans, but other sites embed user details in the metadata so they can catch uploaders.
