Anyway, Jussie was found guilty of 5 of the 6 counts.

All 6 counts he was charged with are felonies.

He was not found guilty of the lies he told about 2 weeks after the fake hate crime, where he told police that the "attackers" wore masks during the attack. Wearing a mask during a hate crime (or anything under federal defined as "oppression") is a felony enhancement, under the federal law that is loosely called the "KKK rule".

Jussie will be sentenced on 27 Jan 2022.

He faces 3 years in prison, but experts on liberal media outlets say he will get probation and MAYBE community service.

If he was convicted on all 6 charges, he could have also faced up to $1.1 million in fines. I can't find out, easily, how much of a fine he faces on the 5 charges he was convicted of.

CORRECTION 1: He faces 3 years in prison for EACH of the 5 counts he was found guilty of.

EDIT: Conservative news outlets are saying that despite facing 15 years in prison, he won't get more than 3 years, but most likely 18 months suspended.
