Having a vagina is a massive privilege, especially in western society. People love to talk about the racial gap in the criminal justice system, but refuse to talk about the gender gap in the system. At all stages, women are about 2/3rd less likely to be negatively affected by the criminal system. This includes being stopped, ticketed, arrested and so on through to conviction and sentencing. Even after sentencing, women get to go to cushy prisons compared to men. In Scotland, they are shutting down women's prisons and building open, vacation style complexes with swimming pools.
