Actually, in many countries, only persons with dicks can commit rape.

The UK used to be like this until Tony Blair changed the statutory rape law so that it was totally gender-neutral. The sad part is that for at least the first 13 years of the new law, they never prosecuted a female under the law because it was deemed "not in the national interest to do so". They had no problem prosecuting boys who were under 16 who had sex with their under 16 girlfriend for it though. You might remember this being discussed a while ago in the politics section.

Now feminists are getting butt hurt that women can commit rape, because some women have dicks. They used to love to point to the fact no women were ever charged or convicted of rape and now they can't do it.

In the US (most western countries), if a woman rapes an underage boy, and she decides to keep the baby, the boy victim of rape is responsible for child support, once he turns 18. This includes all child support from the day the child was born. Once again, this was discussed in the politics section.

In India, women can not legally commit any sex crime or domestic violence. I believe Israel is the same.

France, Germany, and some others ban paternity tests to protect the woman's dignity. Clearly, they don't see the problem with paternity fraud.
