Last year I was surprised to find out that Shrimp has a pretty good amount of protein:
[desc=]Protein Content
The protein content of shrimp varies with the method of preparation. A 3-ounce serving of steamed shrimp has 19 grams of protein, while similar serving sizes of breaded, fried shrimp and canned shrimp provide 18 grams and 17 grams of protein, respectively. This amount of protein is comparable to amounts present in a serving of roasted ham, turkey or lamb. Although the serving size of the breaded and fried shrimp available in fast food restaurants is about 5.8 ounces, its protein content is only 12.86 grams, according to the USDA National Nutrient Database.

THIS is 3 ounces of shrimp:
I could inhale twice that amount in 5-7 minutes, and it would be very close to eating a 6oz steak (which has 38-42 grams of protein).
