How do you come up with such creative and unique content… For that matter, how is it that 98% of your Thank You posts somehow feature a new and interesting graphic that hasn't been used before?

If you're wanting to convert, I personally use VideoPad Video Editor because it allows you to do a multitude of things, including adjusting the audio levels and choosing the exact encoding and such to use. As for format, I generally prefer AVI because of the fact that although AVI files are slightly larger, it's partially because they don't use compression in which to render the video, thus generally producing a video with better qualtiy. As for the video codec, I generally prefer DivX because it's free and widely available. XVid is also another worthy option of choice when working with an AVI file.
As for the bitrate, quality, etc, my suggestion is to match it as closely as you can to the original rates of the video. Dropping the audio and/or video rate settings slightly does tend to reduce the size, but I advise against dropping the bitrates too much as it can result in poor quality sound and/or video. VideoPad Video Editor also allows you to manually specify the resolution, etc and can be adjusted to force any resolution you specify. If you're just looking for a straight converter, I would be inclined to suggest Any Video Converter. There is a free version, however the professional version (which I have a cracked copy of) offers a much wider range of formats and support. It's a little more straight forward than VideoPad Video Editor, but does the job just the same in most cases.
That does sound a little high for a video that is so short, however depending on the resolution, (640x480, 1820x1080, etc) the format of the video, audio and video bitrates, etc. the size of the video may vary. Generally speaking though, for a video of that size, that does seem a little large. If however the video is a .vob then it's likely about right… It would also be about right if you have an extremely high bitrate for both audio and video with a large resolution.
That can be arranged. Just how "juicy" do you like it? hehehe
Methinks its time to boycott Yahoo officially.
As controvercial as some of their content may be, some categories are worth a read

I found it to be quite comical… Especially considering the topic of discussion we (my cousin, her bf, my partner, and I) were having in the car at the time.
That's kind of uniquie how one may mention Truvada being used as a post-prophalactic remedy. In my case, it's being used as one of the medications in the "coctail" that the doctor is using to manage my case.
This is a rather hilarious pic I took while crawling down Eglington Ave E trying to make it back to the Allen cringes so I could get back to the highway…. It seemed rather hilarious at the time, although that could have had something to do with the joint I was smoking at the time...
What do you people think?
For my mind and the way I think about this subject Dec.21st is the true Blue Moon. The fourth moon in a quarter is blue. So Says the Cosmos !!
You are correct. There are many things both on the physical and the "higher" level. November's "blue moon" will bring a small amount of what the true "Blue Moon" in December will bring. The true purpose (on the higher level) that a full moon brings is quite spectacular if you posess the ability to see things of the "higher level".
I do not believe you should have anything to worry about with GT.ru being as there is a strict policy. There is a forum thread regarding banned content from the tracker for this very reason. As well, because of the nature of GT.ru being located in Europe where it falls under European law, the nature of BitTorrent is very different. As well, with the tracker server being located in Europe (particularly Germany), it puts a whole other spin on things and being able to trace what the P2P connections are actually being used for.
The short answer is, I wouldn't be too worried about GT.ru, but in the event that you are, my suggestion would be to seek the use of a VPN to be able to hide your identity from both your ISP as well as from "big brother".
I'm thinking that may be something either specific to your machine or specific to Microsnot Winbows Vista as I have not been able to duplicate such a problem running in a Winblows XP or Winblows 7 environment.
Personally, I like it and think it's both tasteful and visually appealing. The only one problem with the link you posted is that spaces aren't able to be interperated in the auto-link feature. Spaces are replaced with %20 when entering a URL into an address bar for example. The actual link would be:
http://tracker.gaytorrent.ru/bitbucket/RIP TIM.jpg
That being said however, you do not need to enter the %20 if referencing it in a message post by using the img tags. Those will automatically adjust themselves.
I'm aware I do not qualify for the contest because I am staff, but I figured I'd make a post of one of my favourite beverages I was introduced to some years ago.
I'm also aware that I do not have a pic to post, as I do not have the items required in order to make it, however I can say it looks like strawberry kool-aid. As for the taste, it tastes like candy apple. It's sooo good (at least I think so)
BITCH SLAP
Yes… That is the actual name of the drink. If you have 3 or 4 of them in a night, you'll know why it has that name...
For one drink, mix the following together
Serve chilled, and enjoy. It's guarentee'd to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
Can we add a category for drinks? People can submit their favorite holiday COCKtail recipes
I'm not sure how doable that is as I'm not involved with the organization of this contest, however if it is feasable, I would like to second that request. I think it would be a great idea.

That's way too funny lol
Interesting… I didn't even know that this portion of the website even existed.
