I would start with weekly. You can sometime gets away with 2 weeks in winter but I usually swap my sheet out each Saturday.  If you find yourself entertaining frequently, I would recommend that you replace them after each guest. 

Vinegar and water works for me.  I also use a castile soap.

Those "flushable" wet wipes are detrimental to the public sewer system because they do not break down. I have a bidet toilet seat cover that was cost roughly $45 US.  No more worries about plumbing back ups coming into the house from the municipal sewer.  This happened at my local gym at it was not a pretty site.  Ban the baby/ass wipes!

The republican party is imploding!  They would actually be more successful if they got away from using "moral" issues as primary source of their agenda.  Pick topics that truly interest all of your citizens and nit just the right wing nut jobs. Simplify the tax code for everyone, pass a balanced budget amendment, enact some kind of tort law reform, shore up social security, and fix the ACA.

You should "want" to have a kid first! No parent is ever ready for children but they should truly desire to have one before making or adopting.

Never for me.

Drink lots of water and increase your fiber intake.  This should help things flow a little better.  Keep in mind that even when following this advice, I would still recommend using a small enema syringe to cleanse the rectum area of any unwanted residue.  Everyone bottom would prefer not having to douche at all, but if you want to keep things clean, a small water washout will make things better for you and your top.
