It doesn't need to state the obvious, because fraud in law always has to be remedied - not to expect the courts to do that, but legally, this is common sense. It's in the 9th and 10th amendments, which express the limits of the Federal Government, by expressing the powers of the People and the States, which are above the Federal level, and that is the Law of the Land. You have no argument other than "no chance in hell," you aren't making a legal argument, and you don't know what you're talking about.
