Fact:  Influenza is a coronavirus and COVID-19 is a coronavirus but they are not equivalent.  The cute little turtles sold in pet shops are reptiles and poisonous rattlesnakes are reptiles, but they are not equivalent.  Water is a liquid and sulfuric acid is a liquid, but they are not equivalent.  Oxygen is a gas and carbon monoxide is a gas, but they are not equivalent.

Masks have been proven without a doubt by science to prevent the spread of tuberculosis, influenza, common colds, COVID-19, and other diseases spread by droplets.  Other measures such as handwashing, physical distancing, air filtration and disinfection, quarantines, etc. are important to one degree or another, too.  No method is 100% effective as long as there are opportunities for transmission.  There is no scientific doubt at all on any this.

Now you want to take an experimental vaccine (cuz it's warp speed).

I don’t agree with what you’re saying, comparing things, because you’re taking it to the extreme. Like, this is a dog. This is a cat. They both have four legs, but they’re not the same. 2 – there are studies where masks actually spread disease faster because people don’t have proper mask hygiene, and it also increases your carbon dioxide intake instead of oxygen by 19%. So don’t come all up in here talking about people being ignorant. Nobody said drink bleach. People drink hydrogen peroxide, that’s a disinfectant. People drink alcohol, that’s a disinfectant. I don't think "Believe Women" was created to make the liberals appear as hypocrites. They created it to get Kavanaugh. Black Lives Matter, has led to buildings burning, destroying their own communities, and violence, while the media keeps saying, "The protesters are mostly peaceful." Despite the hypocrisy, I'm ok with Black Lives Matter in the manner that it's creating a discussion about the militarization of police. The police state is the problem, yet liberals are demanding conservatives apologize for society. Most Conservative libertarians despise the police state and big government, then Trump came along and seemingly they are ok with it. I'm independent, sometimes I lean liberal, sometimes conservative, so I'm not really under the category, "Liberals, please explain," except on certain issues. I think something positive will come out of it.

Well I think it's exciting. When I hear Black Lives Matter, yes. I then hear All Lives Matter. Of course no one is saying that Black Lives DON'T matter. But the point is - this shit has to stop. Yep, they kill a lot of white people too. But the point is that lives matter. And it's SO reprehensible and wrong. It isn't about how many people died as much as it is about who killed them. The problem is that they are trying to divide us on race, when we should be pointing the finger at them. It's not just the police, they are the enforces of legislative policies. It's the Legislators who are responsible for this. This movement cuts off it's hand. I'm ok with that, but I'm not ok with the fact that they aren't going after the court system and the legislative filled with lobbyists. The executive is a good start. Maybe it will be the place of the other side to take down the swamp of lawyers and deceivers. Plus I'm a Libertarian and the Dept. of Education doesn't need 3,500 militarized police officers. There are areas to cut. But the Seattle thing has become everything they hate. Pro Second Amendment, Pro Wall, The left is incapable of True change. A lot of these companies are donating money to the looters (Black Lives Matter/Antifa) because they don't want the competition from smaller companies. So the left is always against big corporations except for now, they're ok with sweat shops because it fits their narrative. Religion isn't bigotry, people are bigoted. People are judgmental and think they're better than other people and so when a religious ideology comes along that feeds their ego they love it and it reinforces their beliefs because it makes them feel good and that's what they want to hear. Religion is like a shopping mall, that's why churches are divided up into denominations like tens and twenties and fifties and hundreds and you have a prophet (profit).
