All 13 of the tabulating machines in 13 precincts of Milwaukee Wisconsin were tampered with, forcing them to hand count the 31,000 ballots. Trump won Wisconsin by 29,000 votes. The democrats could have stolen Wisconsin with that one bit of fraud.

California should be divided in two to split their republican minority from the democrat majority. That would split their 54 democrat liberal electoral votes to about 29 democrat to 27 republican votes.. making California essentially meaningless in elections.
