Comcast has been throttling in the states and if I can find the article people were listing internet providers overseas that were/are doing the same thing. It seems to be during High Traffic Hours.

I have had a few over the years but this one bothered me. This song (favorite album at the moment) by Raleigh Ritchie "Bloodsport 15" just sort of put me over the edge. They start with a warning at the beginning contains gun violence. But in this day and age I'm surprised. I get its supposed to be tongue in cheek but….
