What a chore you have set for us pupkesh!!! _ LBC continues to search….._
Construction worker on the 5th floor of a building needed a handsaw. So he spots another worker on the ground floor and yells down to him, but he can't hear him. So the worker on the 5th floor tries sign language. He pointed to his eye meaning "I", pointed to his knee meaning "need", then moved his hand back and forth in a hand saw motion. The man on the ground floor nods his head, pulls down his pants, whips out his chop and starts masturbating. The worker on 5th floor gets so pissed off he runs down to the ground floor and says, "What the fuck is your problem!!! I said I needed a hand saw!". The other guy says, "I knew that! I was just trying to tell you - I'm coming!"
:thankyou: :mbounce: The picture of the Indian Headdress had me putting on my Cowboy boots and hat so we could play Cowboy and Indian!!! No fighting just fxxcking!!
I have abstained from this conversation for a bit now but…..
No matter where you live in this world there have to be laws, rules, regulations etc to govern those that can not and will not govern their own behavior. Without these folks we would need no such laws , rules , regulations etc.
I have been a member of other sites and let me tell you this: It is much easier to be a member in good standing here at GT.ru than other sites because of these rules, Harsh or not. If you are not a "Member in good standing" here then it is either your fault( not obeying the rules) or due to issues beyond your control ( whatever that may be). But if there is any way to make an exception provided you are honest and upfront about these issues to the staff here and not a repeat offender then one will be made.
If you have trouble with a rules meaning ask the staff first: bitching first is never an answer to understanding anything, ever.
When you ask a question here of staff, the answer will be based on our rules not an opinion of them. For me this works because I do not want to be in a "GREY AREA" based on an opinion given by a staff member who should have checked with higher ups due to lack of a rule or precedent being set. Trust me I have been a "member not in good standing " in just this situation at another site.Given an opinion by a staff member and then find out later he was wrong as all hell to advise me in that way.
Rules, like them or not make things the best for the largest segment of any group being governed and are necessary only because some people just can not be trusted to behave in a manner that best suits what is fair for all.

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Coat the interiors of six 7.75-ounce soufflé dishes completely with some of the butter. Refrigerate until the butter is cold and set about 2 minutes. Brush a second coating of butter over the interiors of the dishes. Coat the interiors completely with sugar. Place the dishes on a baking sheet.
Using an electric mixer beat the egg whites in a large bowl until they are foamy. Gradually beat in 1/3 cup of sugar. Continue beating until the egg whites are shiny and form medium-soft peaks when the beaters are lifted.
Meanwhile stir the chopped chocolate in a large bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat. Add the water and cocoa powder and mix until smooth. Fold a fourth of the egg white mixture into the chocolate mixture. Fold in the remaining egg white mixture (the mixture will resemble chocolate mousse).
Divide the soufflé batter equally among the prepared soufflé dishes. Using a large knife level the filling flush to the top of the dishes. Using a clean cloth wipe the very top edges of the dishes.
Bake the soufflés on the baking sheet until they puff but are still moist in the center about 12 minutes. Serve immediately.

In a medium skillet over low heat combine the shallots with the oil and cook until they are browned but not scorched about 20 minutes stirring often. Let cool to room temperature.
Prepare the grill for direct cooking over high heat. In a large bowl gently mix the patty ingredients and shape into 4 patties of equal size and thickness. Make a hole in the center of each patty for the cheese.
Brush the cooking grates clean. Grill the patties over direct high heat with the lid closed as much as possible until cooked to medium 8 to 10 minutes turning once when the patties release easily from the grate without sticking. During the last minute of cooking time toast the buns cut sides down over direct heat.
Assemble the burgers with shallots mustard and arugula. Serve warm.
