File format can only be access, played and viewed 100 % completion ...
By right clicking properties and open with ...

In order to play video/audio correctly:
You need a codec and media player ...
right click on file properties of the video you downloaded and select desired player or by [default] ...

If the file from torrent you are referring not completed there will be an issue playing the format ...
[make sure 100% completed] before playing ...
