If its a commercial product then yes, its illegal. The amateur stuff that is uploaded by an individual is not illegal.

My best friend when I was a young adult was 100% straight but we had such a close bond and had gone through so much together that he used to like being close to me when watching TV or hanging out on the couch. As long as we are using a VPN for upload/download I assume we are ok? How about just the act of downloading the torrent file? I am generally not connected to my VPN when browsing this site or when I download the torrent.
