    • RE: Limited Data Plan!!

Do you know what your data cap is?

Is it combined upload/download usage or just downloads?

You cannot really change how much data is being consumed by downloads so you just need to moderate how many torrents you download or only download the pieces of torrents that you want instead of the full amount.

If your uploads(seeding) do not count towards your cap then you will need to keep your torrent client open in order to help maintain a good ratio.

The really best advice, and most flippant, is you need to change your ISP to an unlimited plan because torrent traffic will eat into a low cap very quickly.

Of course, they planned the COVID-19 crisis - because it's so common that US Voters choose to oust a sitting President during a crisis! (Historically - not so much! Had Trump handled the crisis as most Presidents would: by galvanizing the country around a unified response, he'd have been re-elected in the landslide he always dreamed of! Instead, he turned it into a political football, blaming others for stupid things and setting Americans against Americans over a distrust of science! DOH!)

So many Trumpettes don't get this, so I am, for one, glad he tried to ignore COVID.

@bi4smooth said in Dems who once decried "loose canon" Trump, now defending Biden "going off script":

The one thing the Dems (when it was Trump), and the talking heads you now disagree with are agreed upom is:

The words of the President of the United States matter!

Yes, which is why his remarks were so refreshing and the fact he's not backing down is making talking heads assplode is beautiful.

So many people who I had good time for are misinterpreting what he said, outside of the deliberately dense dullards at Fox and DSA, that I've stopped following a few dozen people on Facebook and Twitter.

Biden's off-the-cuff remark may have been intended as a plea to the Russian populace to rid themselves of a tyrant - but it's also perfect fodder for Putin's narrative that the "West" is plotting against the Russian People and that NATO is poised to attack at any moment!

Could Biden have said the same thing WITHOUT providing a "the yanks are coming - after us" soundbite for Putin's propaganda machine? you know it! That's what speechwriters are for!

Speechwriters are not noted for their bravery.

*Typical educated and well read person who is unwilling to stoop to your level in the mud.

I will give you a starting point, locate Dugin's book, 'Foundations of Geopolitics' and read it. Then contrast its philosophy to what is going on now, and prepare to be amazed.

It's only when you have insight like this that you could engage on a level approaching mine.

Do I sound like I care what you want?

Having the understanding I do would require reading, and I'm not talking about Fox, Breitbart, and Turning Points.

Broaden your information sphere and you might start to grasp things a bit better than through the partisan stooge lenses you view every situation.

@bi4smooth said in Dems who once decried "loose canon" Trump, now defending Biden "going off script":

Throughout the Trump administration, President Trump would routinely add his own words to speeches - esp at pressers... much to the dismay of his staff, and the delight of his detractors. He had some real doozies in his day (remember when he - off the cuff - seemed to imply that he wanted to use household disinfectants, intravenously, to fight COVID-19?)

      Heady days!

Most recently, President Biden remarked that (paraphrasing) Putin cannot remain in power... which is an implication that he's ready to commit to "regime change" in Russia! (That is actually a violation of US Law - for the US to "participate in the overthrow" of a Government, esp if done violently - without the express approval of Congress... like was done for Iraq).

Wrong, he's not calling for regime change with those comments. That's your flawed understanding of his appeal to the Russian people to rise up and stop the madness.

I'm delighted that Biden refused to walk back his comments.

People need to understand that the Russian people have a different concept of how power is both interpreted and wielded. Biden was speaking their language and the handwringing by almost every talking head shows that none of these fucks have even the most basic understanding of the Russian psyche.

      Ok, dearie.

We already went over the 51 "intel experts" lying to the American people about Russian collusion. Of course, you believe that Tucker used CGI and set up a fake government website, so it ain't real.

      LOL

Within 5 days of Hunter's laptop emerging, the same 51 "intel experts" wrote a letter claiming Hunter's laptop was Russian disinformation. Sure, they used weasel words, but the intent was to mislead the American public. These 51 proven liars hadn't even seen the laptop, let alone examine it.

      Have you seen the laptop?

Biden is on video bragging about using US tax money to protect Hunter and Burizma.

      LOL

Biden took Hunter on AF2 with him to China, so Hunter could do business there. The intent was to give the impression that Hunter was an agent of his father, the US VP.

Golly, if accompanying your parent on their work jet is the metric and bar, we've a lot of questions about Ivanka, Jarred, Donnie Cokehead, and the stupid looking one for every trip they took on AF1.

You ready to answer questions about their dozens of flights, too?

I'm sure there are a couple of other things I said in this thread, but these things are easy to find on the internet.

Ah, yes, "the internet", where I can download men raw dogging each other and I can also find out that the moon landings were a hoax by big metric to stop the US from becoming a normal country with regards to its units of measure.

Nope, I'm not, I'm stating it as a fact that no other network has had to go before a court to defend themselves by admitting that nothing that their lead anchor says should be taken seriously.

The way you're so triggered by this fact is highly amusing.
