You are right about not being liable for what they remove. When they remove half the conversation they are sometimes removing the factual information and leaving only that which complies with the editorial narrative they are trying to pass off as factual. Section 230 need to be modified to state that they are still not liable for what is posted on their site but they are liable for any editorial changes made to the content.

The issue is that a medium is used considerably more effectively by one viewpoint than another... Conservatives have RULED talk radio (and Cable TV) for decades.... we can't really complain THAT loudly when Liberals finally find a voice somewhere!

Liberals have a very strong and loud voice it is call the Main Stream Media.

Parler was taken down by AWS a subsiduary of Amazon because they didn't like what Parler contributors where allowed to say.

They are editing content. That makes them publishers and should be able to be sued for the content they allow. You can censor speech and then claim to be not liable for what you allow.

Talk radio is governed but the FCC and have rules of conduct that the government imposes on them to protect speech. The reason it is dominated by conservatives is that is what people want to hear. Liberal talk news has failed to have and audience.

There are only two genders male or female. This covers transsexuals' because once they transition they legally change their gender.

All of these other terms that people refer themselves as are not to be confused with gender. These are how they see themselves and how they want the world to categorize them. It is more about who they want to have sex with and have nothing to do with their gender.

Not in CA where non-citizens can receive a Drivers License. When applying for said document at a computer terminal you only need to type yes to registration and you are set. There is no review or oversite.

Not that it really matters in CA we are a one party state.

You also give the government bureaucracy more credit then they are do. They use outdated computer systems manned by party flunkies who don't really follow the rule if it hurts their chosen candidate. There are over 3000 counties in the US each with their own little dictator to determine how the votes are counted. Where could it possibility go wrong.

The difference between a Trump win was 43,000 vote in three states. The popular vote mean nothing, we have the Electoral College so that a minority a states can't decide for the majority.

Well here in Hellifornia (California) they mail every registered voter a ballot. So the state is awash with them. They allow illegals drivers licenses with motor voter laws and a corrupt DMV who really knows who is registered.

Based on the fact that a majority of college student are liberal leaning you should not draw any conclusions from the data presented.

BTW I am an Independent, socially liberal but fiscally conservative. Which means I am willing to help the less fortunate in society but only to the extent that it doesn't burden others. If I have extra I am willing to share but you need to be willing to use the same free public education that I received and do for yourself. I am big on personal responsibility.

Because you didn't pay attention and learn your ABC's and 123's I am not going to support you sitting on your ass and collecting a check from the government.
