UK Supreme Court rules on passport sex
-
The UK Supreme Court has ruled that UK passports MUST include sex.
According to the ruling, there is no human right, under common law or statute, to NOT have your sex listed. This also includes there being no right to have one of the countless made up genders on your passport.
I don't know if the ruling also includes "other official documents" (see next paragraph), but from the articles and videos I have seen, seems to say that it will be due to the previous ruling on the topic.
This has nothing to do with transgenderism since they already ruled on that saying that trans people have the right to change their sex on their passports and other official documents. This was settled decades ago. I believe it was in the 1970s.

Just trying to clarify here, but according to this ruling:
- You can be listed as Male, Female, or maybe even something different (maybe T for trans? I don't know - that's not my point)
- BUT, you cannot leave the "sex" (which should be gender, but that's another topic entirely) BLANK
There is a very small section of society - specifically, the intersex community - that will object to this...
But essentially, they're saying you MUST CHOOSE when creating your passport - "none" is not an option!
Honestly, this is such an easy question for over 98% of us, but such a HARD one for that remaining nearly 2%... my question is: why do we (the 98%) fear and loath the 2%? Why can't we be more tolerant?
I mean we, as homosexuals, claim "it's not a choice! It's the way God made me, and I'm beautiful just the way He made me! Accept me for who I am and how I was created!" But, along comes an intersex person - who has an even MORE compelling argument for "God made me this way", and we (the Gay Community) are like: no, you have to be like one of us... choose: Gay or Straight!
Please, however, do not conflate intersex (who are born gender-ambiguous) with trans (who may or may not also be inter-sex at birth)...
Interestingly, Google states that the percentage of intersex people in the population is about the same as the percentage with red hair! Statistics!

@bi4smooth
There are only two genders male or female. This covers transsexuals' because once they transition they legally change their gender. All of these other terms that people refer themselves as are not to be confused with gender. These are how they see themselves and how they want the world to categorize them. It is more about who they want to have sex with and have nothing to do with their gender.
Follow the science
-
That's the problem, liberals love the science when it suits them, but hate the science when it doesn't.
It's like the dictionary fallacy. Feminism is literally the dictionary definition vs Racism in the dictionary was defined by some racist all crackers.
-
@geobear40 That is not entirely true.. there are a very small number of people.. something like 1 in 2000 which have genetic mutations in which they have such things as no genetalia, both male and female genetalia, or more than one set of genetalia. I have seen real photos of people with multiple vaginas and multiple penises.
HOWEVER, This nonsense in which 10% of the population wakes up one day and decides if they mutilate their genitals and change their hairstyle and clothing.. they are suddenly the opposite gender is total bullshit. If a man wants to wear women's clothing, good for him - BUT don't go trying to get legal status as being a woman.
When Bruce Jenner had his dick cut off, the only thing that established is that NOBODY in the Jenner / Kardashian family wants a WHITE dick!
-
But, every one of them had a combination of X and/or Y chromosomes.
None had, for example, G chromosome mutation that made them clown gender or whatever they are claiming on TikTok today.

Actually, there is Male, and Female - true - and, as I said, for over 98% of us, that question - AT BIRTH - is an easy one!
BUT there are also biological "mistakes" - about 1.7% of live births - where the male/female issue isn't so easy to discern.
I'm NOT talking about trans adults (and I thought I had made that clear) - I AM talking about inter-sex babies and children.
Google it - it's real. SCIENCE!

inter-sex babies
What used to be called a birth defect and was corrected shortly after birth is now called intersex and considered natural. What has changed, not the science but the liberal perception of the science.

@lololulu19
I agree with you but one correction I Catelyn still has little Bruce. -
@geobear40 I am pretty sure that little Bruce is no more..

@raphjd There are people with XXY (extra chromosome)

That is what I said.
Everyone has a combination of X and Y chromosomes, only, that make up our sex.
-
@raphjd yes.. but in some very rare cases.. there are genetic mistakes in which they wind up with extra chromosomes.
I have this issue with fish I want to buy for my lake. There is a fish called a white amur (how racist!) or grass carp. They can eat 3 times their weight in vegetation per DAY. It is illegal to possess them in 47 of the 50 states, because they would gobble up all the vegetation in all waters if they got out of control. What you can do is buy genetically altered versions of them called "triploid carp" which are unable to reproduce. They have an extra chromosome which renders them "mules"
It's disgusting that people declare themselves to be something other than male or female, just because there are extremely rare mutations.
What they are doing is not unlike two people deciding to have themselves sewn together so that they can be conjoined (siamese) twins and pay for just one admission to Disney World instead of two.. or they can become a person in which one head is a nurse while the other is a country music singer (I'm not kidding, there is one like that!) -
