    • RE: Question about making a torrent Freeleech and seed points.

@MrMazda Thank you, was just wondering as it could make for a nice big thanks to the og uploader, but them going back into the void also makes sense!

    • RE: Young Republicans - "I love Hitler"

The far right weirdos have certainly been active members of the US Republican Party for years now.

Well isn't this thread just full of insane fascist conspiracy theories?

Absolutely insane for any gay person to support Trump and his autocratic aims, because they're absolutely going to be rolling back rights for gay people as soon as they can get away with it, starting with equal marriage rights.

    • Question about making a torrent Freeleech and seed points.

      Hi,

Just an idle thought. When I spend seed points to make another member's torrent upload freeleech for a while, does the original uploader get those seed points, or do they go into the general void?

      thanks!

    • Queer erotic literature actually written by queer men?

Back in the day I used to like the nifty.org male/male erotica stories.

I'd like to read more of that, but in longer form and ebook/pdf so it can be on a book reader and not the web.

The only thing is, every time I search for male/male "romance" it tends to be written by straight women and it lacks a certain je ne sais qua of authenticity and desire. (I'm sure some women can write good male/male erotica, but so far everything I've tried has been a bit....meh).

So is there such a thing as good quality male/male erotica/romance?

    • RE: Its a sin

@headstrong19 It's a beautifully done TV show. The characters feel so real. I don't want to spoil anyone but it is about the AIDS crisis in the 80's so there are obviously some heartbreaking moments, so it's not a show to be binge watched, I think you need time in between episodes.

But well worth a watch. Rusell T Davies, when he's good, he's very good.

    • Download speeds slower than normal?

Anyone noticed their download speeds from this site slowing down a lot in the past fortnight or so?

All my other torrents from other trackers are downloading as fast as usual but everything from here has been dragging along at 5kb/s-10kb/s even when I'm picking popular torrents with high amounts of seeders.

Could just be a run of bad luck, but it's odd I'm only noticing it from here.

    • RE: Gay-themed movies: recommendation?

I recently watched 4 Moons (Cuatro Lunas) a Mexican film which has 4 separate storylines running through it. It was quite sweet overall, worth a watch.

    • RE: Scam or real - Online Dating Verification

I certainly haven't seen one that isn't a scam. I had one bot pretending they had to use it because they were previously a victim of a gaybashing which is a pretty despicable manipulation of people's empathy and fears around dating while queer.

If taking a fresh photo and arranging to meet in a safe public space isn't enough for these bots they will just have to go without.

    • RE: Possibility that HIV is man-made

      @raphjd:

Other animals have a version of HIV, so it's not a surprise we have our own.

Most scientists believe it's mutated form of ape (of whatever species) HIV.

As an example,  Rhesus Macaque Monkeys carry many deadly human diseases but are immune to the diseases themselves.   This is why they were a favorite test subject for drug and virus testing.  There's a wild colony (thanks to animal rights twats) in Florida who have an extremely deadly, to humans, type of herpes that they are immune to.    Unlike typical human herpes that affects the skin, the RMMs carry a type that attacks internal organs.   Chickens have an almost identical type of herpes that is fine, at least for now, for humans to come in contact with.

This is the correct answer. I didn't realise joining a torrent site would come with a side helping of conspiracy theorists.

The real HIV conspiracy is that right wing Adminstrations like Reagan's knew about the rising rates of HIV infections and did nothing to help anyone.
