I'm still having the same problem though! I tried closing my torrent software and restarting, updating trackers, but nothing has helped. Can anyone offer tips? Thank you!

RE: No Freeleach Torrents Downloading
I'm having a similar problem, except my ratio is actually not bad. I have hundreds of gigabytes of buffer, yet I can't download! Please let me know if I am missing something here?

RE: How to deal with the very attractive straight friend
Here's my opinion. I agree with you not to try anything because you value the friendship. He's straight, and trying to get him to be what he isn't will surely ruin the friendship. Also, if he's ever curious, he knows you're gay because you already came out to him. I wouldn't hold my breath on that one though.
What I imagine is there's qualities about him you are attracted to. Determine what they are, and look for them in someone who's gay. If biceps and openminded-ness are important, then participate in some activities where you will have gay men who are athletic and open-minded. I would also remind myself "this is my friend" and try to treat him as such.
Hope some of that helps.
Great advice. I second this.

RE: Have you ever been to a nude beach?
No, never been. Closest I've been to public nudity was at a hot springs and sauna hotel.

RE: Is he gay or straight ? your opinion please!
Agree with rbs3i. There's rarely a plain black or white picture in these things. If he says he is attracted to females and not males, except with you; perhaps he is bisexual, with predominant interest in females?

RE: Is it wrong to be with a male cousin?
As everyone else has been mentioning, depends on the social norms and expectations of your culture and demographic group. As far as I'm aware, more Western cultures frown upon it. In Asian cultures in the past, it used to be the norm. It was considered good, that bloodlines were kept pure or close. Nowadays, it raises eyebrows if it is a cousin on the mother's side; and as far as I've seen - if it's a cousin on the paternal side, it's not permitted.

Don't know how to respond to that - um… You're lucky to have photos to enjoy?

RE: Viewing torrent comments made by yourself
As far as I remember, that is one of the few perks left for Power User (and Torrent Moderators)
Ah! Thank you for that. Probably explains it. I was a power user before, and could view it. this stopped at or around the time when I ratio dropped. I will prop it back up again and see if it works!
Thanks everyone for the responses!

I'm on that exact page, but that link has vanished. I used to have it, but it has now gone… Maybe worth asking a moderator?

Viewing torrent comments made by yourself
Hi all,
It used to be that you could view your own comments on other torrents, in the past; under your own profile. For me, that option has now gone. Is that the same with everyone else? If so, is there any way of returning that function?

RE: Gym and cigarettes
Even if you're not screwing up your results in the immediate setting, it would almost certainly be affected long term. Assuming you're young, your lung function will hold up initially, then slowly but surely decline with time. In turn, your performance will suffer for it. Speak to your doctor about quitting. There are many products, such as gum and patches which you can use. However, medications are only one aspect. Mindset is important too. You'd need the support from quitting helplines or counselors to help also. It's no different than having a gym trainer or training partners help push you to perform better than you would otherwise. Hope that helps.

RE: Mother overfriendly
Honesty is the best policy. Just tell her so. The approach will depend on your interaction with her usually, as well as her personality.

RE: Male Masturbation: 5 Things You Didn't Know
If there's one thing that almost every guy is an expert at, it's masturbation. After years of extensive, hands-on experience, you think you know everything there is to know. But according to the experts, maybe you don't. Here are some that may surprise you.
1. Masturbation doesn't have the health benefits that sex does.
"It appears that not all orgasms are created equally," says Tobias S. Köhler, MD, MPH, an associate professor at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield.Study after study shows that intercourse has all sorts of benefits for men – for your blood pressure, heart and prostate health, pain, and more. You'd think that masturbation would, too. But it doesn't.
Why would it make a difference whether you ejaculate during sex or on your own? No one's sure. But your body seems to respond differently. Even the makeup of semen is different if you masturbate instead of having sex.
Still, does it really matter? Have you honestly been masturbating all these years only because you wanted to boost your prostate health? Didn't think so.
2. Masturbation is not risk-free.
Sure, it's low-risk. It's the safest form of sex possible. No one ever caught an STD from himself or made himself pregnant. But like other low-risk activities (chewing, walking), it still has some risks.Frequent or rough masturbation can cause minor skin irritation. Forcefully bending an erect penis can rupture the chambers that fill with blood, a rare but gruesome condition called penile fracture.
Köhler has seen guys with it after vigorous masturbation. "Afterward, the penis looks like an eggplant," he says. "It's purple and swollen." Most men need surgery to repair it.
3. There's no "normal" amount of masturbation.
Guys can get hung up on whether they masturbate too much. But it's not how many times you masturbate in a week (or day) that really matters, says Logan Levkoff, PhD, a sexologist and sex educator. It's how it fits into your life.If you masturbate many times a day and have a healthy, satisfying life, good for you. But if you masturbate many times a day and you're missing work or giving up on sex with your partner because of it, consider seeing a sex therapist.
Even then, there's nothing specific about masturbation that's the problem. Compulsive masturbation is like any behavior that disrupts your life – whether it's compulsively playing poker or buying Beanie Babies on eBay.
4. Masturbating doesn't reflect on your relationship.
Levkoff says the most damaging myth about male masturbation is that it's a sign something is wrong in your relationship. The fact is that most guys masturbate. They masturbate if they're single, in a bad relationship, or in a great relationship. It's just something they do that has nothing to do with their partners.
Masturbation isn't only about sex, Levkoff says. For many, it's a routine way of relieving stress, clearing your head before work, or going to sleep.
5. Masturbation is almost certainly good for your sex life.
Masturbation can help your sex life, since it's how guys learn what they like during sex. "I think women would be more satisfied sexually in their relationships if they masturbated as much as men do," Levkoff says. Are there exceptions? Some guys do get so hooked on a certain amount of pressure during masturbation or the stimulation of porn that they can't perform with a partner, says Ian Kerner, PhD, a sex therapist and author of She Comes First.
Still, Kerner says those guys are the exception. "For the vast majority of men, masturbation is a healthy thing," he says. "I'm usually more concerned about a guy who's stopped masturbating – which can be a sign of anxiety or health problems -- than a guy who's doing it regularly."
Knew all of these already!

RE: Unprotected sex
**Did you ever wonder why people have unprotected sex, risking everything for brief sexual encounter (an orgasm, "little death" as the French say)?
:afr:**
Probably a case of impulsivity in many settings. Which may have contribution from things like drug and alcohol, during encounters. Other times, I'd say it's a case of lack of education or awareness. I knew of a 23 year old guy who was having unprotected intercourse all the time and didn't even know that he was at risk of STD's… and wasn't even clear on mode of transmission, when I asked him. This would then be followed by the occasional person who doesn't care. Alarming, the number of people I know who aren't savvy about this kind of thing.

RE: Sweet Cum?
Lets just say that I jerked off last night and some tissues help me as cleaning agents. The left the tissues on the floor.
The problem is what I saw this morning. When I cleaning my room and picked the tissues, I'm surprised that there were some ants on it, just like ants on a cup of sugar.
Is that alright? Or am I alright? Do cum taste sweet? Because I tasted it (mine) before, there is no sweet. I'm worried about Diabetes mellitus (DM). Their pee tasted sweet because high level of sugar.
Though, I'm not fat and just almost 25 years old. I never have over sugar (or flood with contain lots of sugar) because I have a diet program. Anybody can tell me?
Ants aren't just attracted to sweet things. They are drawn to a variety or aromas/scents. The fact that they were attracted to the sperm may very well be due to the pheromones released in the ejaculate. Ants in general are attracted to chemical trails too, which is what might explain the situation here too.
If you're afraid of having diabetes, then you could always get a simple fasting blood sugar test to find out. If that is abnormal, then you could then be tested further for it. Hope that helps.
