      Not sure if you read the article or not but this was her response on the issue of contesting the election and I quote
      ''Clinton later said there have been “scholars” and “academics” who argue challenging the results would be possible - but Clinton herself dismissed the idea."

      Hopefully this will clear up your confusion!

      A criminal like Hillary will NEVER be President Again. PERIOD.

      This is why some of us on here think you are irrational. When was Hillary Clinton ever president? Why do you believe that Hillary Clinton was president? Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton has never been the President of the United States. What alternative reality do you live in?

      Again, you are twisting words to alter their meaning.
      Obviously Mhorndisk was saying:
      "A criminal, like Hillary will NEVER be President Again. PERIOD."
      He didn't say Hillary will never be president again.. because as we all know, she was never president.
      He was saying a criminal LIKE Hillary.

      Perhaps your English skills are lacking.  They have some excellent night courses for adult education offered at many high schools.

      It is obvious you are one of the rudest posters I've ever encountered on any of the forums and am glad to see you have been warned.  Personally I believe you should be banned entirely.  Not because you're an idiot, after all its obvious to many of us following the political forum that you are not alone.  As for the use of the English language, when a writer says and I quote "A criminal, like Hillary will NEVER be President Again. PERIOD."  that the point is being made that Mrs. Clinton had at one time been President of the USA.  As a matter of fact sir, Mrs Clinton has never been President of the USA so it is not possible for her to be President AGAIN.  And I don't believe Mr. Trump will be elected President AGAIN either.  Rather I'm just waiting for him to be impeached so the USA can repair the damage he is creating throughout the world and I thank God every day that I'm Canadian so I don't need to keep apologizing for President Tweet.

      BLUESURFER: LEARN TO READ - GO BACK TO KINDERGARTEN. What I said was: "A person LIKE Hillary will NEVER be President again." That's all. I never insinuated that she was EVER President??? Good grief. Why do I have to teach English like I'm a kindergarten teacher?

      I would suggest you reread your own post sir.  What you said was and I quote "A criminal like Hillary will NEVER be President Again. PERIOD."  but I can understand your confusion as it's obvious from your posts that intelligence is NOT one of your strong points!  Possibly I should have taken into consideration that as you're obviously mentally challenged as you don't seem to understand just what you're posting anyway… something like President Trump.  Unfortunately there's no medication for being stupid or mentally challenged but possibly seeing a psychiatrist  could prove beneficial.  Good luck with that, I know we all wish you a speedy recovery from your delusional world!

    • RE: Getting back to reality with this Russian hacking witchhunt

      @Frederick:

      @Loki100:

      @Frederick:

      Here's the facts:
      Hillary ILLEGALLY kept a server in her house containing hundreds of thousands of digital documents (which is a Federal Crime).

      Nope. It wasn't a crime to have a private server (which, by the by, the government doesn't differentiate from a private email address) in the first place. In fact, the number of people who have private email addresses in government is… more or less everyone of note. Including most people in the current administration. Nor was any

      @Frederick:

      These documents included those from her tenure as Secretary of State during the 2008-2012 tenure of Osama (and Benghazi).
      Her house was not a secure location, nor was it safe from cyber attacks, nor did she have permission to do that.
      The people Hillary hired to set up her server and maintain it.. and access it, and DELETE things had NO security clearance.
      Congress ORDERED Hillary to turn over 30,000 e-mails from that server.
      AFTER being ORDERED to turn over the e-mails, Hillary hired a private company with no security clearance to destroy the evidence.
      Those actions amount to treason, obstruction of justice, lying to Congress, and other crimes - all of which should have her in prison.

      Of course none of that ever happened. What actually happened was that she went over all the emails and turned over all the ones that were work related and deleted all the ones that were personal. And she turned over lots of stuff she didn't have to, as anyone who read the emails knows, hence why there are emails asking about the times of TV shows or sending birthday greetings. And, additionally, her emails would be archived by the people she sent them to.

      Again, none of this is a crime, and no one before Comey made his announcement (except far right-wing conspiracy sites) thought she was going to be indicted, let alone tried and found guilt.

      @Frederick:

      Trump wanted those e-mails recovered, to show that Hillary is a crook.

      A crook who has managed to keep all evidence of her crookedness hidden for decades now. I would like to ask how many investigations into Hillary Clinton that turn up nothing will have to take place before you admit there was nothing there in the first place?

      @Frederick:

      Hillary then took the extra step of not only deleting those e-mails but made sure they could not be recovered by using "bleach bit" software.

      Who had the "Bleach bit!" square on the Bingo board?

      @Frederick:

      Eventually, the dozen or more agencies investigating the e-mails determined that Hillary's rogue server in her house had been hacked by at LEAST 5 different countries and other parties not tied to a government.

      Nope. Actually the State department's servers got hacked. There was zero evidence that any of Clinton's private equipment got hacked (hence why Russia didn't release the emails Trump asked for). If anything her equipment was more secure than the government's.

      @Frederick:

      Duplicates of many of those e-mails were found on the computer of pedophile Anthony Weiner who is the husband of Huma Abedin (who is Hillary's top aide and rumored lesbian lover).

      They were client side copies.

      @Frederick:

      WikiLeaks began publishing batches of these e-mails which were extremely damaging to Hillary.

      They weren't in and of themselves. There was nothing remotely damaging in them. All the damage was done because the media kept reporting on emails even though there wasn't a story there. The Hillary Clinton email saga was actually three different things, none of which actually amounted to a real scandal. So for a year and a half all the public heard was "Hillary Clinton something something something emails." And that was the damage.

      @Frederick:

      She wisely didn't even attempt to refute these e-mails, but started waving the "Red Flag" and claiming that Russia was trying to destroy her.
      Several times, the head of WikiLeaks stated that the source of the e-mails was NOT a state run agency, NOT Russia.. and Assange has a reputation for never lying.

      Of course he does. He has a reputation for being a pathological liar. He will say or do anything for attention. Anywho, the hacking has been confirmed by anyone who looked at the evidence to be obviously Russia's handiwork.

      I was going to take the time to reply to Loki100, but he is so full of shit that he doesn't deserve a response.

      I hate to be the bearer of bad news for you but your one line statement in and of itself is a response!  I've noticed while reading the posts for this link as well as the multiple other ones that pertain to President Trump that you are very aggressive and rude in your responses to anyone who fails to agree with you. Personally I found Loki100's response very informative and well thought out.  He dealt with the facts and while he pointed out all the misconceptions you wrote in your post, he was very polite while doing so.  Personally if it had been me responding to your post I would just have pointed out that you're a complete idiot and wouldn't know the truth if it bit you on the butt, just like Mr. Trump.  But fortunately for me Loki100 responded in a thoughtful manner and thank you Loki100 for doing so.

      Not sure how you keep track of days, months and years in the USA but in the rest of the world Trump hasn't even been President for a year yet, more like 4 1/2 months the way we keep track of time here in Canada.  But to the point about the talk regarding the Trump Campaign and the connection with the Russians.  Keep in mind that former NSA member Mr Flynn had to resign because he was caught lying about meetings with the Russian Ambassador (ps) - NOT FAKE NEWS) and then Mr. Flynn asking for immunity from prosecution shortly thereafter.  Hopefully after the upcoming probe by the former FBI Director we will have the pleasure of watching Mr. Trump getting impeached and he can Tweet himself back into his shady business dealing.  Personally for myself I can't understand any member of the GLBTQ community would be a supporter of the Republican party and Mr. Trump in particular. And just to make it perfectly clear I am not, was not and never will be a supporter of Mrs. Clinton.

      I find it hard to believe all of the BS being spread by Trump supporters but I must admit I'm not surprised as President Trump is famous for all the BS he says via his multiple tweets almost daily.  Perhaps you Trump supporters don't really believe he was elected as you're still busy spreading lies about Hillary Clinton and never seem to talk about Trump at all.  When he and his Republican Congress were unable to destroy the Affordable Care Act the first reaction from your great President was it was the Democrats fault.  Meanwhile back at the Congress, Republicans learned to count and realized THEY had the MAJORITY and didn't need one Democratic vote to repel it, but of course it was the Democrats fault.  Now I know that Trump supporters are mentally challenged and probably find it hard to believe they elected one of their own to the office of President, but you did!  So why not start dealing HONESTLY with the issues facing your country since the election and quit with the continual line of lies and BS about Hillary Clinton so people don't realize just how stupid you were in electing President Trump to the highest office in your country.  And NO I'm not a Hillary Clinton supporter, I'm a proud Canadian and thank God daily that I'm not American!

      First of all I would like to say Thank God I'm a Canadian because if I wasn't I would be busy now applying to become one!  I cannot believe all the BS being spewed from Trump supporters, not one word of which is close to the truth… Talk about FAKE NEWS.... to quote you're new President.  I'm surprised you're not also going after Hilary Clinton for running a pedophile ring.. oh wait, one Trump supporter already took the matter into his own hands (gun and all) to stop it, but found out that low and behold it was just a pizza joint.  I have to be honest that I have followed American politics all my life and you folks have just elected the scariest man I could think of to run your country.  Personally I feel sorry for the man as it's obvious he is suffering some type of mental illness that is either not being treated or cannot be treated.  And frankly after reading all the Trump supporters comments and statements, I believe you could all use a mental time out.  May I suggest you take advantage of Oboma Care to receive the much needed treatment you need while it's still available because once the Republicans get finished with there repel and replace, you too may be one of the 24 plus million people no longer covered by health care.  But you know what they say... you get what you voted for!  God Bless the United States of America, you're going to need it!

      Thank you button is just below the download button…..try it, it won't bite and it won't numb your finger. It will bring smile to uploaders  😉

      yeah, that assumes that you actually watch the stuff you download right away. which i for one almost never do. so no rating from me most of the time. and thanking them for uploading alone seems rather pointless and arbitrary.

      Possibly if members took the time to at least say thanks for the torrents members do upload (considering the amount of time it takes to prepare the torrents and upload them), one would think a thank you would be a small payment for the videos .  Having just uploaded 15 HD Videos in the past 5 days, out of all the people who downloaded them only 0.145% of the people who downloaded these videos took the time to say thanks.  For a number of them more pictures where uploaded, thus gaining them seed points and for each of those torrents not one person took the time to say thanks.  Not really encouraging for taking the time to upload more videos.  For me, I plan on continuing to upload my HD videos to the sites where members at least take the time to thank a person for the time taken to upload them.  Maybe if members felt their uploads were appreciated (and I'm talking about thanks not seed bonus points) you would find more HD videos being uploaded. It takes less time to say thanks than it does to whine and rant about the lack of HD videos being uploaded.  For those who consider it a waste of their time to thank an uploader for their torrents, just remember you get back what you give… NOTHING.

      I have rec'd a number of requests for re-seeding and have gone thru my collections to put the torrent back together and then start to reseed. The last couple of times just out of curiosity I made a point of watching the torrents that had been requested for re-seeding.  For one of them I even PM'd the person who had requested the reseeding.  After 36hrs not one person had downloaded anything from the reseeded torrents (not even the member who made the request), making me wonder why I bothered.  After long consideration, I for one will not reseed any torrents as it's just a waste of my time.  To bad there isn't a function whereby we can notify the mods and admins that we don't want requests sent for reseeding and will not reseed if requested!

      I usually dont for a good reason : our completed list of torrents are private therefore I dont see why I should put my name on some torrents.
      I'd rather be anonymous. The uploader is anonymous, so should be the thanks if wanted.
      Add a " thank anonymously" and you'll see an increase in thanks.

      You make a very good point, something I had never considered. Making the thanks anonymously should be easy to do showing a running total of all those who have taken the time to thank a member for their upload.  :thx:

      How long did it take for the Canadian news to talk about this story?   The story broke Tuesday evening/night on Fox News, even on Wednesday the liberal media outlets still hadn't reported on it.

      The 1st person to talk about this from the White House was the Assistant Press Secretary and that was at least the next day.

      AGREED on the part about the people who watched it and did nothing,

      It was on CBC the Tuesday evening when the young man escaped and I listened to President Oboma talking about this "hate crime" on Wednesday.  Personally I was pissed that CBC also showed part of the video that had been streamed live.  Hasn't this young man been hurt enough without having news outlets replaying the video over and over?  As for those who watched it live via Facebook, it's a shame they can't be found and charged with aiding and abating this horrendous crime!

      @raphjd:

      You are too limiting on what an SJW is.

      SJWs include feminists, BLM, "Just Believe", the "Slut Walk", "Take Back the Night" and many, many others.

      It's Norweign male politicians who apologize to their muslim rapist.

      It's Swedish feminist Left Party politicians that claims being raped by Swedish men is worse than being raped by muslims.

      It's the people that defend muslim "refugees" who rape 10yo boys because they had a "sexual emergency".

      It's the people who demand the media de-muslim/de-refugee media articles, like the Paris McDonald's killer story.

      I can't believe you would put down Black Lives Matter or Take Back the Night in your rant about SJWs.  Black Lives Matter is in response to the multiple killings of black men being gunned down or chocked to death by police, which seems to be routine in the USA and I support their cause unconditionally. As for Take Back the Night this is in response to the multiple attacks on MEN and Women night after night and the demand that better policing is needed to stop these senseless attacks.  As for your other "Its", I really wonder where you get your news from besides YouTube and Facebook I mean!  I note that nothing you talk about deals with any issues from the United Kingdom or is everything rosy there?  Just wondering!

      @alibix:

      It doesn't. I know that. I give up in trying to debate you.

      If 2017 is full of more people like you then I've lost all faith in humanity. You won't change your mind on any of this so I'd rather spend my time talking to people who can change their mind.

      You are obsessed and there's nothing I can do to help that. I hope you have fun jerking yourself red over crazy SJWs and Feminists for the rest of your life.

      No matter how much evidence anti-SJWs show you guys, you still don't get ot or keep denying the problem.

      Look at the recent threads where feminism was discussed.  I got called all kinds of name for being anti-feminism, even though I'm an egalitarian.   I showed many cases where feminists fought to extend vaginal privilege in all areas of life.   The only response the feminists had was to name call.   They couldn't respond with any feminist campaigns that proved me wrong.     If feminism is so great and only about GENDER EQUALITY, then feminist should have a long list of campaigns to prove this.     HOWEVER,  the only proof we have is that anti-feminists are right, in that feminism is only about special rights for women.

      Lets talk about the so called special rights for women.  First women had to fight to be allowed to vote, then they had to fight to enable a woman to run for office.  They fought for the right to make decisions about their own bodies to allow them to have an abortion if they so choose.  They had to fight to be allowed to enter University as well as to study in the field of their choice such as Medicine or Engineering. For equal pay for equal work (I was there when male nurses were being paid as much as $5.00 an hour more than their female colleagues who were doing the same job).  This is just a small list of the inequality that women faced and not one of them is about "special rights" for women, rather it's about equal rights.

      For those members unaware of Bill C-16 a link was posted earlier to this article I have posted here.  Please take the time to read it so you have a clear understanding of what the legislation is about.  This article is by Brenda Cossman explains the issue very clearly.  Thanks to the poster of the link http://sds.utoronto.ca/blog/bill-c-16-no-its-not-about-criminalizing-pronoun-misuse/

      SexText: The SDS Blog
      Bill C-16 – No, its Not about Criminalizing Pronoun Misuse

      by Brenda Cossman

      From the sounds of it, Bill C-16 –  an Act to Amend the Canadian Human Rights Code and the Criminal Code is all about speech – or rather, its curtailment.

      Psychology Professor Jordan Peterson has made headlines the last two weeks, claiming that the Bill before the federal House of Commons is an unprecedented attack on free speech.  He has claimed that the new law will criminalize the failure to use individual’s preferred pronouns.  In a rally at the University of Toronto last week, he went so far as to say that the bill is the most serious infringement of freedom of speech ever in Canada.

      The thing is – he is wrong.

      Bill C-16 does three things.

      First – It adds the words “gender identity or expression”  to the Canadian Human Rights Code.  This will prevent the federal government and businesses within federal jurisdiction – like banks – from discriminating on the basis of gender identity and gender expression.

      The federal government is late to this game – most of the provinces and territories already include gender identity and gender expression in their provincial Human Rights Codes.

      In 2002 the Northwest Territories were the first government in the Canada to explicitly prohibit discrimination against trans people by including gender identity in their Human Rights Code. In 2012, Manitoba added gender identity to their human rights legislation. In that same year, Ontario and Nova Scotia added both gender identity and gender expression to their human rights laws. Prince Edward Island as well as Newfoundland and Labrador followed suit in 2013. In 2014 Saskatchewan made provisions for gender identity, and in 2015 Alberta joined the club, adding both gender identity and expression to their Human Rights Code.

      The other five provinces and territories—British Columbia, Québec, New Brunswick, Nunavut Territory, and the Yukon—have implicit protection, having interpreted their Human Rights Codes as including gender variance under existing prohibited grounds.

      Bill –C-16 is just the federal government catching up on long overdue human rights protections for individuals within its fairly limited jurisdiction.

      Non-discrimination on the basis of gender identity and expression may very well be interpreted by the courts in the future to include the right to be identified by a person’s self identified pronoun.  The Ontario Human Rights Commission, for example, in their Policy on Preventing Discrimination Because of Gender Identity and Expression states that gender harassment should include “ Refusing to refer to a person by their self-identified name and proper personal pronoun”.  In other words, pronoun misuse may become actionable, though the Human Rights Tribunals and courts.  And the remedies?  Monetary damages, non-financial remedies (for example, ceasing the discriminatory practice or reinstatement to job) and public interest remedies (for example, changing hiring practices or developing non-discriminatory policies and procedures).  Jail time is not one of them.

      The second thing that the Bill does is add the words “gender identity or expression” to two sections of the Criminal Code. So surely this must be what Peterson is getting at?  Criminalizing something?  Well, lets take a closer look.

      It will add the words “gender identity and expression” to section 318(4) of the Code, which defines an identifiable group for the purposes of “advocating genocide” and “the public incitement hatred”  It joins colour, race, religion, national or ethnic origin, age, sex, sexual orientation or mental or physical disability.

      Finally, Bill C-16 also adds “gender identity and expression” to section 718.2(a)(i) of the Criminal Code dealing with sentencing for hate crimes.  The provision provides that evidence that an offence is motivated by bias, prejudice or hate can be taken into account by courts in sentencing.  The list already includes race, national or ethnic origin, language, colour, religion, sex, age, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation or any other similar factor.

      So what does this mean for pronoun misuse?  Well, refusing to use a person’s self identified pronoun is not going to be considered advocating genocide – unless the refusal to use the pronouns was accompanied by actually advocating genocide against trans and gender non-binary folks.

      Similarly, it’s hard to see the refusal to use the appropriate pronoun –without something else –  rising to the threshold of hate speech.  Hate speech laws in Canada have only been used- and only can be used –  against extreme forms of speech – explicitly and extreme forms of homophobic, anti-Semitic or racist speech.  Moreover, prosecution needs the approval of the Attorney General.

      It is entirely appropriate for gender identity and expression to be added to the list of identifiable groups.  Hate speech directed at trans and gender non binary individuals should be treated the same as hate speech on the basis of race, religion, sexual orientation.  But, being treated equally means that the speech will have to be extreme and the Attorney General will have to approve the prosecution.  These are not run of the mill prosecutions against professors who refuse proper pronoun usage.  Offensive, sure.  But criminal?  Not unless it was accompanied by some other really nasty speech that promoted hatred towards trans and gender non-binary folks.

      To return to the claim that Bill C-16 is the most serious infringement on free speech in Canada?  Well, Professor Peterson is simply showing his ignorance around the history of free speech in Canada.  There have been many endless limitations on free speech in Canada – many with which I disagree.  Obscenity and indecency laws for example have long limited a broad range of literary, artistic and political expression in Canada – indeed far more so than our hate speech laws.

      Personally, I am not a big fan of hate speech laws. I worry that prosecutions under hate speech laws end up bringing more rather than less attention to the offending speech, and more often than not, turns the offensive speaker into a martyr.  I would rather see words fought with words. But, I also understand the arguments in favour – as the Supreme Court of Canada has said, it “send ~~out a strong message of condemnation….the community as a whole is reminded of the importance of diversity and multiculturalism in Canada, the value of equality and the worth and dignity of each human person being particularly emphasized.”

      As long as we have hate speech laws, then it is a legal no-brainer that trans and non-gender binary individuals should be afforded the same protection as all other Canadians.

      And that’s what Bill C-16 is about.  Equality for trans and non-gender binary Canadians.  It’s pretty simple.  And right. And decent.~~

    • RE: SJWS - Has anyone met one?

      @raphjd:

      Are you saying the story isn't real because I didn't link to Clinton News Network, TYT or MTV Decoded?   Besides, it was the first site I found because I didn't know the girl's name.  I just remembered it was near Houston.

      I noticed you didn't comment on the story at all.  Why is that?

      First of all I'm Canadian and therefore don't even know about the Clinton News Network or the Trump Tweets or TVT or MTV and frankly couldn't care less what they have to say on ANY subject.

      Second, if the story is about a girl near Houston, what the hell does Bill C-16 have to do with this as it's a Canadian Law.  In case you're unaware of this, there is a Canadian/USA border.  On the Canadian side we have laws that protect everyone while on the American side, they have laws that protect Wall Street, Multi-Billionaires,  Big Bussiness and don't much care about the rest of the people especially if they are part of the LGBT community.

      Third, I asked earlier "Would it be too much to point to a legitimate news source about this Blond Girl as this story is news to me." at which time I will read the story and post any comments if I feel it needs to be made.

      Fourth, In Canada we have laws that define the type of pronoun one can use to identify themselves, things like Mr., Mrs., Miss, or if they belong to certain professions such as Doctor. Teacher, Senator or our Prime Minister who is referred to by the Right Honorable Justin Trudeau  or past Prime Ministers who are also entitled to be called the Right Honorable before their name.

      "Quatrièmement, au Canada, nous avons des lois qui définissent le type de pronom on peut utiliser pour identifier les choses comme M., Mme, Mlle, eux-mêmes, ou s’ils appartiennent à certaines professions comme médecin. Professeur, sénateur ou notre premier ministre, qui est désignée par le très Honorable Justin Trudeau soit passé de premiers ministres qui sont également habilités à être appelé l’Honorable droit devant leur nom."

      And as to the comment posted earlier in this discussion "Also, the LGBT community is not the issue, is obvious C-16 was meant primarily for transgender people",  I would point out that transgender people are part of the LGBT community.  I would also point out that bill C-16 has nothing to do with some girl near Houston as that is on the American side of the border.  Trust this clears up any confusion you may have regarding an Canadian Law (Bill C-16) and what effect it would have on a girl near Houston (USA)?

    • RE: Can't Get the Banned/Take-Down Philosophy Yet

      @wedge:

      What's the real deal? There are literally thousands of torrents of practically every studio/genre. Why is that some torrents are quickly taken down while others stay there for years? I can't believe other studios don't use the DMCA and associated features. What's the real philosophy here? One can't find MuscleBearPorn or StudFist videos, for example, and these are not major studios either. Hot House Club Inferno, Lucas, MEN and dozens of other big shots' videos are easily available. What gives?

      What you should understand is that when torrents are taken down it because the site has been issued a legal notification alleged copyright infringement, such notice containing the needed information to prove that the torrent in question is their legal property.  The site does notify the uploader of the notice and gives the uploader an opportunity to refute this claim, in which case the torrent is (if the uploader sends the needed proof that the torrent in question actually belongs to them) then put back up so other members can again download.

      Failing to get confirmation from the member who uploaded the torrent in the first place that it is their legal property, the site has no option but to remove the material in question.  Failing to do so can result in the site being sued along with the member who uploaded the material.  The end result would be that the site would end up being sued out of existence, resulting in all torrents no longer being available for anyone to be able to download.  I know it is frustrating when this happens (from personal experience), but I would rather loss one torrent than the entire site and I suspect you would agree with that?
