Reading tea leaves.... Very SMALL signs of how people react....
but.... like Nordstream 2 attack before, things do not look great for USA-Ukraine.
First - Reported vids of killers being captured:

Russians are indeed angry. You could still say these lower-level Russians are deceived. But in any case: they take attack seriously, they believe in what they do.
Also: Note how killers tried to escape. Not suicide. They meant to live. Which probably rules out ISIS.
Next - Putin did better job of looking somber, tired & resolute after attack, than "smirky Bibi" did with Oct. 7. Putin might be better actor. OR, who knows, could his outrage be real?
Nothing proven here, but picture leans a bit toward: Hired Tajiks, non-ISIS, did 'real' attack ie. not false flag.
Next - pundits who I've found to be well-sourced in the past, say things like this:
Whoever was behind the terrorist attack in Russia yesterday, the operation was botched. They were not supposed to be captured. These Tajiks are giving up everything
We'll see.
Next, it seems that 3 weeks ago, Sneaky Toria Nuland - in charge of USA-Ukraine efforts against Russia for decades, until very recently - said this:
With this money, Ukraine will be able to accelerate the asymmetric warfare that has been most effective on the battlefield. As I said in Kiev three weeks ago, this supplemental funding will ensure Putin faces some nasty surprises on the battlefield this year...

Timeline:
Feb 25 - NYT reports on CIA-Ukraine cells
Feb 28 - Nuland promises 'nasty surprises'
Mar 5 - Nuland resigns
Mar 7 - USA embassy says, extremist attack on Moscow concert hall (yes specific) due 'in 48 hours'
it does NOT happen in 48 hours..... but then
Mar 22 - (Sh)It happens
Again - we'll see - but for now, it could smell like CIA-Ukraine hired these Tajiks, under Nuland's general guidance/wish.
