@raphjd Yea, him and his buddy Robert Gallo, who has a patent on AIDS retrovirus. You can look it up on the Government Patent Office. Let me know if you can't find the Patent Number yourself... I'll gladly provide it, but it's more enlightening when you discover it yourself.

You are implying that Robert Gallo created (invented) the HIV virus. That is disingenuous at best, and libelous at worst.

@manhandler said in Mike Lindell, Another Billionaire, on Infowars.:

@bi4smooth No, one of the pillars of law, if not the basis of law, is that fraud is reversed. It doesn't need to be written or explained because it's the main foundational pillar of the law. Why does the Constitution need to say, "If the election was fraudulent, it should be reversed." ? It doesn't need to say it unless you have an IQ of 12. Oh, the only way he can be removed is by impeachment. Absolutely not. We the People have the 9th and 10th Amendments, State's Rights, and People's, not innumerate, because they are many. One side of the face says, "The Constitution is RACIST." The other side of the face says, "The Constitution doesn't give YOU a certain RIGHT." No, that is completely false. The Constitution and Bill of Rights define what the Government can and cannot do, and it defines that anything outside of that scope is inherent in the People.

You clearly do not understand US Law. The Constitution supersedes the "Law of Torts" (which is where your theory about reversing a fraud would come into play)...

The election of the President is a constitutional activity, and the only remedy would similarly come from the constitution... which is why there is a 25th Amendment to the Constitution, and not just some law passed by Congress and signed by the President.

One more thing.... you are correct that the Constitution's Bill of Rights is primarily a list of things the Federal Government cannot do... but the things not spelled out in the Constitution are not reserved for the people - they're reserved for the States!

And, all 50 States certified their electoral college votes on (or before) Jan 6, 2021...

@manhandler said in Mike Lindell is right. This election is fraudulent.:

He has posted all the evidence. There is no way to possibly counter it. It's lockstep solid.

Present the evidence in a court of law, not a court of public opinion, and I'll look... but regardless, the 2020 election is OVER. Joe Biden was sworn in, legally, by the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court.

The only way to remove him now is to impeach and convict him (sure, of election fraud, if you can actually prove it!)...

But then the 25th Amendment to the Constitution comes into play... and Harris is next in line... but let's say you impeach HER (as a co-conspirator!) and convict her as well... next up is Patrick Leahy (another Democrat)... after that is Nancy Pelosi...

Indeed, there may as well be 81 million people (who voted for Biden) in front of Donald Trump before he could be returned to office before 2024.

@bi4smooth You can digress, and you can act like the economy is caught up with all your talking about. The coal and gas and oil was clean under Trump. There was no reason to shut it off. All it did was raise prices for things like food. Everything is going to be more expensive now, and more polluted, period. You cannot disregard that the Saudi Empire is making a lot of money off of us when we were totally energy independent...

So I'm to assume by your argument that, by cutting off these pipeline deals the US is going to go back to being a major importer of energy?

It no longer matters if the 2020 election was a fraud - no more so than the election of 1824 (when JQ Adams stole the Presidency from T Jefferson!).

Biden was sworn in as the President of the United States, and Trump's term ended on Jan 6, 2021. Fait accompli. At this point, the only way to UNDO the election is to impeach Biden and remove him from office... at which point HARRIS becomes President (not Trump!)...

Yeah, your source is an environmentalist who is worried about nickel mining, and doesn't know squat about current-day battery technology.

Try to build an electric car that can go 300 mi between charges using NiMH technology, and you'll need something akin to a TANK... the weight alone would potentially CRUSH many New England wooden (covered) bridges!

Yes, 15 years ago NiMH was a new way to look at batteries... but like MANY discoveries, it just didn't pan out. (Back in the day, many cell phone batteries and consumer rechargeables use NiMH technology - which has had a lasting effect on the consumer psyche - that's where the idea that you need to let the battery FULLY discharge before recharging it - because otherwise it'll develop a "memory" and never be able to fully discharge again... something that DOES NOT APPLY to Li-Ion battery technology....

@bi4smooth Hmm. Well, I will say that, although I normally agree with everything Raph says, I think he's being a little heavy on you, not sure what happened between you guys. I'm am also a centrist, and I did not vote in the last election. Trump let me down. With all this vaccine stuff, and Biden is worse. But even though I do educational videos about Christianity, Christianity is better than the alternative anarchy. Whether we like it or not, Christianity has laid a safety net for our society to prosper, and that's why billions of people wanna be here. And I'm fine if they do. It's not like the first Americans came in legally... But Mexico is one of the most dangerous countries in the world. And we are paying taxes for law enforcement to protect us from them. Because they are violent. It's the gray between the lines and the law, but violent people are a problem for others and we don't have anarchy. That's what it comes down to and it can be unfair but we're working on it. This is the country that everyone wants to come to. And it usually doesn't matter if you're a Republican or a Democrat. But Democrats are like Golem, and we will not allow it.

@raphjd and I are like adopted sisters - raised in the same Republican Party, but now locked in an argument about what it means to be a "True Republican" 🙂

The thing is, I am a scientist - and I apply the "Scientific Method" to my politics as well... when new information comes in, I'm not afraid to look at old assumptions (even firm beliefs) and question them.

Case in point: I was all-in on the War on Drugs in the 1980s... but it didn't work. You cannot look back at a 50-year-old campaign of trying to stop illegal drug production (while all-but ignoring the mental health crisis that is the demand-side of illegal drug use) - and call it anything BUT and abject, complete, and total failure. We need a new approach.

Another: I was fully in favor of GW Bush's approach to pumping money back into the economy when Lehman Bro's went bankrupt and $Billions literally disappeared out of our economy. Looking back, the idea was good, but the execution (trying to distribute it through private banks) was an awful idea. It made the whole program take FOREVER to show the full results, propped up the very industry that put us INTO the mess to begin with, and we didn't get guarantees from the banks that they'd actually LOAN OUT the money, resulting in most of it being "hoarded" as "paper profits" for corporations who had just taken huge "paper losses". Trump's idea to put the cash directly into people's - working people's - hands was a much better idea... and it quickly showed! (Sadly, the Dems looked at that and said "do it again, daddy" - and the result is going to be an overheated recovery and inflation).

As I've stated here before: I'm not arguing that Mexico isn't a problem... I'm arguing that putting up a wall won't do anything rational or reasonable to help solve the problem. (If a rain storm comes, it makes sense - at first - to close your doors. But not so much if there is no roof on the house to begin with! Most illegal immigration is not people walking across the border. Yes, many do get here that way... but MOST come in legally, then overstay - or come in via ports, airports, and other 'border-ish" locations. Seriously, you think walking thru the dessert is the smart way to sneak into this country? Putting up a wall is akin to plugging a leak in the middle of the dam, while ignoring all the water spilling over the top.)

I'm not a know-it-all... I don't know the best way to handle immigration at the Southern border... but I do know that the left-wing idea of "open borders" is a catastrophically bad idea, and the right-wing idea of closing the borders is equally bad (and would be economically devastating!).

So how do you fix it? You try different things (at the same time), and look at what works... expand those programs that work (even if only a little), and ditch the programs that do not work... Scientific Method!

@manhandler said in Joe Biden WRECKS the Economy:

@bi4smooth And here's a clip of Bill Maher talking about not being able to go "green" in "Green" Commifornia for thousands of days... because Commifornia is RED you dumb bitch! LOL

      Youtube Video

OK, so California leads the US in solar power generation (in homes, not in huge fields) by almost a factor of 3...

Bill Mahr is a professional complainer, and isn't happy unless he is the victim. He's a moron on so many levels.
But, look "under the covers" - its not the State of California blocking his solar project - they've stated as much (as much as they can, given California's strict Governmental / Personal Privacy laws)... and Mahr himself won't say what the holdup is...

Being someone who lives in a "deed restricted" area and under the auspices of a Homeowner's Association, my guess it's his neighbors (not the State) that are blocking his solar project. (not my HOA, but the one for the development just to our South made headlines last year - telling a cop he couldn't park his cruiser in the driveway (or the street) because it was "advertising")... That one made a "What the Florida?" new headline - AND was so egregious that the State Legislature - in a rare bipartisan vote - passed a law making it illegal for an HOA to bar municipal workers from parking government-owned vehicles at their homes. Take that, you power-hungry, dictatorial HOA board members!)

@raphjd Certainly there will be differences in solar regulations based on locations. (For example, I wouldn't recommend solar projects at all in Juneau!) And if you're able to sell your excess power back to the power company, good for you! (NOTE: You can't get paid full-price for it, unless you're willing to ALSO pay for the wires, poles, and other infrastructure that delivers power to (and in your case, from) your home!)

@manhandler said in Judge Joe Brown says Biden called Black People "Cockroaches.":

@bi4smooth There is no room for the "other Republicans." They are traitors and liars. Mitt Romney is one of them. These people are a disgrace.

I'm not sure which "these people" you are referring to, but let me make myself clear: Mitt Romney is a brave, patriotic man who believes in our Democracy as much as anyone. I was proud to vote for him in 2012, and would support him for President again.

But don't take that to mean that I think these Trumpites on here are a disgrace! Most of them are also patriots - however, they are being deceived by leaders (and media outlets) who ARE disgraceful, and who DO NOT have the best-interests of our Country at heart! But these are people that they have come to trust - and it is going to take an awful lot for them to realize that trust has been misplaced.

This is precisely why teachers and coaches have such an out-sized influence on young adults (teens especially). And why the dearth of rational, conservative voices on college campuses is resulting in a new wave of liberal, rainbow-farting kids from colleges these days!

I've said it before - I am not angry with Republicans who continue to follow Trump - I pity them... they're going to be judged by history in much the same way as the German citizens who supported the Nazis nearly 100 years ago were after the war was lost.

Finally, for @raphjd: Let's use an analogy here...

      • Your mother and your sister get into a knock-down, hair-pulling, biting, and scratching brawl! You do what you can to calm them down, but they both scream and shout at each other.
      • You aren't aware that your neighbors have burned crosses on their lawn and painted a swastika on their front door, because you've been trying to keep your mother and sister from burning down your house!

Now... in that allegory: my mother and sister represent the Trumpites and other (non-Trump supporting) Republicans (and the house represents the larger Republican Party as a whole). The neighbors represent the Deomcrats - whom, while there is a war on in my house, I'm not paying all that much attention to... with a 50/50 Senate, the only real damage they can do is spend too much money!

More than 1 article said he was moved to Head of STEM.

As a liberal, of course, you don't want a liberal canceled. Liberals are total hypocrites on the matter.

As a compassionate, flawed human being, I don't want liberals, conservatives, (not even Trump!), women, men, whites, blacks, latins, asians, ...

      anyone!

      canceled because of a mistake.

You can't seem to get this very simple formula through your head:

      • Punished: yes
      • Canceled: no

      case in point:

      • Matt Gaetz - if proven to be into ephebophilia, and paying for young girls (let's assume, for now, that all were over 18)... should lose his committee assignments (for this term) and be censured by the house... and if he's re-elected, he gets to keep his seniority AND get is committee assignments back in the next term... he should not be expelled from the house (canceled) without a "trial".
      • Mario Cuomo - if proven that he sexually harassed these women - WHILE Governor - should be impeached. (Reminder: that's like saying he should be charged, not necessarily convicted - ala Trump's impeachments). If convicted, he should be removed from office ad charged criminally. If not, he stays Governor and the criminal and civil trials will have to commence after his term ends. (Same as happened with Trump).

In both cases (a liberal and a conservative) - face trial (even if a political trial, like an impeachment) and the punishment handed down by that trial... not be forced to resign (canceled) without evidence from all sides and/or a trial.

So, you are gonna ignore how your fellow liberals publicly refused to take the vaccine until Biden was sworn in.

Now they are claiming that anyone refusing to take the vaccine is the enemy of the world.

Of course, liberals are too stupid to realize they caused a lot of the hysteria over the vaccines.

Your revisionist history is truly amazing!

Trump's administration is SOLELY responsible for funding and pushing the vaccine through the fastest-ever vaccine development!

Biden and his ilk came into office and pretended like it was just a natural thing.. "Hey, look! We have a vaccine! It's magic! It's OUR vaccine now!"

      Bullshit!

Say what you will about other parts of Trump's administration's piss-poor efforts at preventing the spread, and the anti-science rhetoric... He got the job done in getting a vaccine developed and approved.

The dumbass Dems will claim "we distributed it better!", which is total bullshit too! When there are only 20 million doses available, distribution is very different from when there are 500 million doses available! So, no shit the Biden Administration administered more vaccines! They had to make them, and this shit was BRAND NEW!

But, now that the Dems are in charge, what do you Trumpites do?

Lay claim to a true triumph of the Trump Administration and keep the Dems from claiming it as their own?

      Aw hell no!

Biden won. I don't like it, but facts are facts.

These "audits" are nothing more than a clown show. These elections have been audited in detail in November and December according to statute -- and, in many cases, by Republican clerks and Republican elections boards.

A class of grifters, sucking up to Trump's anus like remoras, is peddling a demonstrably false claim of a stolen election. Every chance they've come before the courts, they've been dismissed -- including by Trump judges.

You are lying. Stop it. People like you are undermining our democracy, and it wouldn't surprise me a bit to find out that you're not really an American but rather a Russian troll somewhere in the Moscow suburbs engaged in disinformation campaigns on behalf of cruel dictator Vladimir Putin.

Article 13 of the US Constitution states that Presidents can be restored to office AFTER their term expires under certain circumstances.
Section 6, Paragraph 6, Bullet 6 clearly states that when the Electoral College gets it wrong, the PRIOR President re-takes office until the next election cycle.

Also, because the 25th Amendment doesn't specifically revoke Article 13, it still stands... and under that Article, Nosferatu can be re-installed as President!

All that has to happen is that the conditions of Article 13 have to be met:

      • Hell freezes over
      • Dogs and cats become bilingual and overthrow humans as the dominant species on the planet
      • Dolphins & Grizzly Bears become strict vegans
