It doesn't look like that flag is still available, unfortunately.
I'm reluctant to switch to uTorrent, given its recent issues, advertising, and bloatware. I'll try the "V1" Torrent Format option instead of Hybrid to see if that solves both problems.

No need to switch - even if the qBittorrent client DOES create the padding files, nearly every other torrent client also recognizes them for what they are and they DO NOT actually create those files when downloading the torrent.

OK, so you may not be getting you propaganda and misinformation DIRECTLY from Q-Anon - I would have no way of proving otherwise - but it's often word for word!
But, if not, then maybe you SHOULD start looking at Q-Anon - if you think they're nut-jobs (I do), maybe you'll realize that some of your current "news" sources aren't as "valid" as you believed. Or, maybe you'll find kindred spirits and take the middle-man out of your news sources!
