    • RE: Will the refugees crisis in europe destroy the future there?

      @achro:

      LOL, of course it won't.

      There aren't enough migrants to make any substantial impact. This whole thing has been blown out of proportion by fuck-witted racists.
      Same thing as with the holocaust and all the gay-hate in Russia and christianised African countries. Hating is so damn easy.

      I'm not claiming that this wave of migrants won't cause ANY problems, but saying that it will destroy Europe is pure BS.

      The Muslim world is clashing with the "western world" because of their outdated beliefs. So how can their views be changed? Surely not by alienation, threats and violence.

      The people that argue against 'alienating' the migrants often seem to argue that it's appropriate to respect their beliefs over those of locals.

      When you have people like those in Sweden's government that argue that their country has no culture (while arguing that there's a need to respect Muslim's culture), I think there is a genuine sign of disrespect amongst many in Europe about what makes their countries what they are, which doesn't create a climate where people migrating would feel the need to assimilate. Just the opposite, those coming over would be told over and over that their culture is superior and deserves special consideration. When the people at Charlie Hebdo were killed there actually were quite a few that argued that they brought it on themselves by disrespecting Muslims. It sounds insane, but Muslims have been getting special consideration for a while now, and it's even leading to places like the BBC overlooking terrorists (those confirmed to have worked for terrorist groups) that are going into Europe right now as migrants.

    • RE: What is your opinion on Hillary Clinton?

      I got curious about what all the fuss was about with the Benghazi hearing and ended up watching it, and it pretty much cemented in my mind that she's just a nasty individual. Especially when she was asked about why she was ignoring the ambassador's emails about wanting more security, and she laughed and talked about how the ambassador was such a joker and she could imagine him just smiling away as he wrote messages to her. That just seemed ghoulish.

      She's always come across as someone that was dead set on playing politics to an extreme degree and capitalizing on her husband's career, but seeing how she's been campaigning and her comments regarding Benghazi just make her seem completely nuts.

    • Getting with a daddy

      I haven't really done much in the way of dating, being busy with work and life in general, but I've been finding myself wanting to delve more seriously into dating recently. Thing is, I am generally attracted to guys a bit older than me, and being able to call a guy daddy in the bedroom always gets me a lot more excited when it comes to sucking a guy or getting fucked. I'm in my late 20's so I don't know if maybe it's just kinda bad at this age to be into such a thing, but I feel a bit awkward about the whole idea of broaching the subject with a guy so I've been trying to get into it more with online dating and I don't know how exactly to navigate that whole realm of nonsense without feeling like I'm turning the guy off or seeming creepy.

    • RE: PSP vita a fail?

      I think it's largely seen as a failure because the gaming media pushed the concept hard that it was.

      For games in Japan to get released in the US usually means some company like Atlus would have to buy the license and pay to localize the game, but that means it isn't a first party game which is what's gotten written about recently (that there aren't a lot of first party games being made for vita). Many smaller western developers seem more drawn to making games for Steam or phone games, likely because in the west we're a lot more open to Steam as a platform in comparison to in Japan where they usually focus on playing on consoles. I doubt Sony is really against developers doing anything on the Vita if they're from the US, so it seems more an issue of why one platform appeals to developers to build on rather than another, so I think the Vita just has issues competing with the PC since it's much easier to break into.

    • RE: Will the next president be a democrat?

      I've had a hard time finding anyone interested in any of the Democrats that are wanting to run. The only person that seems to have any sort of popularity has been Trump. I have been a bit surprised how many from India seemed to think he was the best candidate, along with all the Hispanics I know, and Asians and so on. I've actually only come across two people that thought it'd be worth voting for a Democrat and both seemed unable to come up with a reason why.

    • RE: Does political correctness do more harm than good?

      The major proponents for political correctness often seem the most bigoted people imaginable. You can honestly find neo-Nazis that are more tolerant than those that suggest being PC is at all a good thing.

      I've been surprised how many people that push for such crap actually have the gall to suggest things like pedophilia deserve acceptance in society, even when the pedophiles they're wanting to defend have talked of molesting children. Along with crazed fucks often defending Islam even when they're calling for the execution of gays (apparently it's 'Islamophobic' to suggest to them that Islamic societies executing gays is wrong).

      A lot of the problems with PC culture seem to stem from people finding pride in being offended, leading them to trying to be offended by anything they see. There was the semi-famous story of Rebecca Watson (?) who at an Atheism conference complained that being asked if she wanted to have coffee in someone's room was akin to rape, and when people laughed at her on twitter she diagnosed herself as having PTSD, and got a soldier in trouble who was insulted by her suggestion of having PTSD due to saying something online (think it was getting him discharged or court marshaled).

      There's just too many people that want to play the Oppression Olympics, coming up with new ways to consider themselves harassed or discriminated against (the UN even had people go there in the past couple weeks suggesting it was harassment that people disagree with them online and that it should be censored). Then there's also all the people that want to feel morally superior to others by pandering to those engaging in the Oppression Olympics. They want to justify how people can feel discriminated against (because some guys sat on a train with their legs spread or disagreed with them about something), which leads to some of the most deranged logic imaginable to try and suggest these feelings of 'discrimination' actually made sense.

      It should also seems worth repeating that those that push PC culture often have no issue with being assholes, they just to justify it through PC language so they can feel morally superior to those they send death threats to or just plain harass various individuals.

    • RE: Who will win the Republican Party nomination for US President?

      Pretty much every other candidate ends up faltering when it comes to jobs, which seems the defining topic of the coming election. The only other candidate that seems to be doing at all well on the Republican side is Carson, but he's kinda wonky when it comes to things like abortion and his comments on evolution just make him seem like a whackjob. Trump basically has the others stumped since he's wanting to promote rich fucks bringing their money back to the US, protecting American's jobs, lowering taxes, and doing more about border security all while not giving a shit about the PC police the same as every other Republican candidate.

      On the Democrat's side it seems like the main person the media wanted to push forward was Hillary, but she's been so atrocious whenever she's asked any questions that she just seems like a bumbling buffoon like if you took Cheney's hand out of Bush's ass a decade ago. When you can make Bush seem eloquent there's something dreadfully wrong.

    • RE: Are you concerned about ISIS?

      They're mostly a problem in the Middle East and Europe, so I'm not so bothered about them here in the US. They seem to be comprised of a lot of mercenaries as well as middle class kids that wanted to engage in a holy war, and that just doesn't fly with people in the US as much. ISIS as a singular group is also probably going to be out of the picture in a year or two anyway as Russia has entered the picture in the major region they were operating in, namely Syria/Iraq, and the Russian forces have absolutely no reason to pretend there are differences between the dozen different terrorist groups in the region.

    • RE: Will the refugees crisis in europe destroy the future there?

      It does seem like you can find more instances of racial hatred these days, mostly from Muslims that seem to be pretty nasty to gays, women, and Jews in most any part of Europe they start showing up in large numbers.

      I wouldn't say it'd really destroy Europe though, so much as cause a lot of people to become a lot more callous towards anyone asking to immigrate.

      It's a bit like if you live in the suburbs all your life and see someone on the street in dirty clothes asking for money it can be a bit heart wrenching. But if you live in the city and see bums constantly, harassing bus drivers and people in most any store, and then all going off to the liqueur store for some booze (and more often than not going home at the end of the day), it turns you off the idea of wanting to hand money to them.

      This sort of reaction seems to be taking hold much more in central Europe with places like the Czech Republic, Poland, and Hungary, who all have a lot of people that are nowhere near as wealthy as all the Muslims wanting to immigrate and then ask for monetary handouts. As you have more Europeans hearing stories of "Syrian refugees" from Nigeria and Turkey throwing away food handed to them and refusing any help given to them, if it's given in the wrong countries, it's just going to result in a lot more animosity that will likely prevent people from wanting to give in Muslims taking over Europe. Also probably helps that you find stories of terrorists hopping over to Europe constantly now.

    • RE: Does the penis size matter?

      I've slept with more than a few guys that were pretty huge along with those a bit shrimpy, and I'd say it doesn't make too much a difference.

      I feel like those that are on the bigger side don't have to do as much to be more pleasurable in bed, since they basically can hit anything they want with their dicks while they're in you, but I've slept with guys much smaller who were pretty fantastic in bed due to how well they knew how to pound away.

    • RE: Do you accept cross-generation relationship?

      Usual rule of thumb with dating is minimum age would be half your age plus seven. So like someone that's 40 would seem perfectly fine with someone 27 or someone that was 60 would seem fine with someone 37. When you get more distant age gaps things can just feel odd as it's not really a single generation difference, but rather multiple generation gap and that's just requiring enough bridging that it usually doesn't work out.

    • RE: Is it really dangerous to suck someone without condem?

      If I remember right there was an attempt to study this in San Francisco some years back, and they followed quite a few slutty gay guys that sucked off over a hundred guys in a year. None ever contracted AIDS even when sucking off people that were positive repeatedly, so they basically scrapped the study as they had no infections to start tracking.

      So there's almost zero risk. If you have some sores in your mouth it'd probably be easier, so it is of course best to avoid those with STDs, but the rates are so low it's almost insignificant.

    • RE: Older men

      Dating an older guy just seems destined to lead to some heart break or annoyances due to having fairly different backgrounds.

      I know I've always enjoyed sleeping with older men the most, but I'm not sure that's the best basis for a relationship.

    • RE: Xbox One vs Playstation 4

      @tigerrawr:

      @ddig1987:

      I decided to get the Xbox One first and I'll buy the PS4 later.  I'm EXTREMELY disappointed that both units are not backward compatible which means I have to keep my PS3 and Xbox 360 around :(.

      on ps4 you can stream ps3 games with play now. so it's kinda backward compatible.

      From what I've seen the streaming is essentially like renting the game, which seems a shame. PS3s are fairly inexpensive at least.

      As a sorta aside, I pretty much stuck to the Xbox360 for the past generation and my old PS2 which has been slowly wearing down, so I looked into getting a PS3 to play all the older PS1&2 games along with the PS3 games, and learned they apparently downgraded the PS3 in its later versions to make it cheaper. I pretty much figure I'll just look for a used PS3 80 GB (since that's the largest HD version of the PS3 that can play all the of the older games), but it is funky that we have to work around these issues like this.

      I don't think I'd even care about the backward compatibility if they just updated their emulator library they do for the PSN to include some smaller titles like Rule of Rose.
