All I can tell is that the first guy is probably Chinese or Taiwanese or at least in that area.
The images are watermarked with a gay erotica forum which is in Chinese and the QR code is for a Chinese instant messaging app called QQ.
So my guess is that it's either a user there (looking for chat/cam?) or someone posted his pictures there.
My translations are not good enough to browse the entire forum for a specific person..
Someone fluent in Chinese might be able to help you though.

Hi guys, I was hoping you could help me track them. I don't know about the second guy if he has a video or something, but I'm sure the first one has, based on his pictures.

We all know that our radars are on full bars. Signals are always high. Even if we don't want to categorize that person as somewhere in the third sex, subconsciously, we still did. We can't help it.
