RE: What's up with the tracker?
There do seem to be some problems at the moment, getting errors on my seeds as well.
But that happens from time to time. Maybe they are fixing something or maybe it's a temporary issue.
Should probably clear up soon, I hopeEdit: It seems to be responding again~

RE: Have you ever been in a LDR?
Long distance relationships just don't work but that's okay because really neither do any other relationships in the end.
^this
Although I've been in LDR for years, separated by schools and work and too expensive travel costs. I guess it depends a bit on what you want to get out of it and how you define a relationship. If you need direct sexual contact often then I guess it doesn't work. I'm content with the occasional cam sessions and knowing that feelings can travel any distance. Also I enjoy my personal space a bit too much I think. I won't lie though, I miss the skin-to-skin contact a lot when we're separated for too long. Again, I think it depends greatly on how secure you both are in your feelings and what your personal needs are. In general, I would say No, it doesn't work. But there are exceptions to every rule.

RE: Pokémon GO
Nope.
Not that I have anything against Pokemon, I loved the old games and I saw the whole anime series.
I don't play mobile phone games though and to be honest the augmented reality thing is kinda sucky.
Me against the world as usual I guess -
RE: Who is best browser
Glad you like it so far
And yeah, unlike some other more or less copies of Firefox it doesn't use any existing FF cache and thus addons and history won't be copied over. Then again a fresh start is often the best way to speed things up once in a while Bookmarks should follow over, however.
I should note again though, that as it is actually not a FF fork but an own build there are some things that will be different from FF, if you're used to that. But most likely you'll only notice that there will be a few addons that won't work and some have their own PM forks or replacements on their site.
To each their own of course, but personally I prefer the speed over much of the junk bogging FF down these days.. -
RE: Who is best browser
Chrome and Edge have way too much spying going on and Opera is kinda outdated but I remember using it back in the earlier versions.
Been running Pale Moon for years since it had a native x64 build unlike Firefox did but I did use FF on the side until they bloated it down and it became so dang slow. Now I just use PM.
Only downside is a small number of FF plugins don't work in PM but I can live without them and the browser is by far the fastest for me. -
RE: Best media player for playing hd video
I tried all the ones mentioned here and I'm sticking with MPC-HC + Klite Mega and it works extremely well with most files. It plays pretty much anything, the downside is I'm having crash issues with some WMV files with it. Maybe this can be fixed by tinkering with the settings, I honestly haven't looked into it further than a quick but fruitless google search.
I used GomPlayer before that and it was great but I ultimately abandoned it due to issues with MKV files and subtitles.
I did try VLC but I just never grew to like it much for some reason.
In the end it's a personal preference really. But of the choices mentioned here I found that MPC-HC gives the best experience with HD movies, at least for me. Sometimes it depends on which monitor and other hardware you use and if they are compatible. -
RE: Reseeding symbol thingy
If you mean the Recycled symbol, the only info i read on the subject is from this thread:
https://forum.gaytorrent.ru/index.php?topic=23463.msg107477#msg107477
It is in German, which I luckily happen to know. Roughly translated (and shortened) it says:There are two ways to push a torrent to the top of the list.
1. An automatic system "push", depending on the amount of new torrents added to the tracker. Old torrents with only a few seeders that have not been downloaded for a longer period of time will then be Recycled and added to the top of the list. This rewards long-time seeders and prevents torrents from dying.
2. A manual "push" by a moderator. Reasons may include: A new duplicate torrent but the original has very few seeders. / An old torrent that has been requested for re-seed but no help has been given. / Certain user ratio problems which could not be fixed another way / New torrents that were not initially seeded and have fallen behind. / A sort of "test" to see if a torrent really is dead.If the information is outdated or if you have more or my translation is completely off for some reason, feel free to reply.
In short, there is not much you can do yourself to Recycle a torrent, aside from keeping up seeds for a long time while the popularity of it declines. At least that's my interpretation.

RE: Newt Gingrich: Deport Every Muslim Who Believes in Sharia
Maybe they should prepare a questionaire. I mean I'm certain people will answer truthfully, right?
To enter our country please answer a few questions..
1. Are you a dangerous terrorist? Yes/No
2. Do you plan to blow up any public buildings? Yes/No
Lol..
To my knowledge, sharia is about imposing a theocracy where religion dictates all politics and laws and "offenses" such as blasphemy and other makeshift regulations have severely hefty penalties, to protect the religious power base.
Pretty much the same as most republicans in my eyes. Hiding behind religion to strengthen their own positions of power.
