Exercise at least 30 min. a day to keep your body fit - walk, run, take push ups etc.
Take control of your mind - let go of the stuff that bothers you, that can do anything about. Breathe and do some yoga once in a while.
Eat plant based food. Eat raw (fruit, nuts, carrots etc) as often as possible and do not consume processed food like fast food or dairy products. Make sure to get fibers, vitamins, minerals and to drink lots of water.
Spend time outside every day; in the nature if possible.
Sleep at night instead of staying awake and sleep naked.
Drink only alcohol once a week if necessary and only in small amounts.
If you don't have sex, then masturbate.
Stop smoking cigarettes only marijuana is okay.
